Serenity Hearing - Waterloo

I arrived late for my appointment, and they still took me in and treated me immediately. No blame or shame - very professional. Logical explanations of the tests they were doing and what part of the ear was being tested at each stage of the test.

They are very good at their services.

I brought my mum here to get her hearing tested and was surprised at how well she was taken care of. Even the ladies at the front showed support for my mum. She now has hearing aids and is doing very well.

I do not recommend this Hearing Centre. Service is nonexistent. No registered Audiologist in the Waterloo Office. and the Dr. of Audiology can not be in 6 places at one time.

My 90 year old mother purchased hearing aids for approximately $5000 at this location 4 years ago, along with a 3 year service package. She went back after a month with the supplied cleaning kit and asked to be shown how to use it. She was told to read the instructions". As she turned to leave a fellow customer pointed out that she had been given the wrong kit for her type of hearing aids (behind the ear vs. in ear). The kit was exchanged with no apology.Approximately 18 months ago she went in to say there had been a significant change in the effectiveness of the hearing aids and she was having considerable trouble hearing. She was told that since she was not due for a hearing test

When I first walked through the door of Auburn Hearing Centre, I was greeted by smiling, friendly staff. The audiologist who assessed me explained each step of the process in an easily understandable way. After my hearing aid arrived, the staff was extremely thorough in explaining it's use and care. I have no hesitation in recommending Auburn to family and friends.

When I first booked my hearing test at this clinic, I was a bit nervous of what to expect. I had been to another local clinic (not naming names) in the area before, and my experience with them was far from great. This other clinic gave me a hearing test and concluded that I had a hearing loss, then rushed me to make a decision, didn't fully answer my questions, and left me more confused about my hearing loss options. So you can image my doubt and scepticism about trying out a new clinic, but I'm glad I made that choice. At Mountain Hearing I was greeting by a lovely young lady who made me feel welcomed and appreciated, then when I meet the audiologist I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and appreciation for my hearing difficulties. My hearing loss was fully explained to me, I was not rushed, and they worked with me to find a solution for my hearing loss. I believe they went above and beyond for me, and for me that means a lot! Thank you to everyone at Mountain Hearing, and keep up the great work!

If you want the best, this the place to go. Very thorough and professional service. I would highly recommend these people to everyone .

I’m a new patient and absolutely love it here! I’ve had tinnitus for 13 years and recently new hearing loss. Having an ok experience with my first audiologist a nightmare experience with my second audiologist I was extremely hesitant to find someone new and just pushed on thinking that my aids were working fine and this was as good as it’s gets. When my hearing aids started to malfunction I did some research on local clinics and decided to reach out to Serenity. I should have gone here from the beginning! Hish and his staff are so kind and friendly. It’s an amazing welcoming atmosphere and they truly care about your comfort and wellbeing. We found out that my aids were not properly programmed for me, that I could possibly benefit from a different style and that the way I had been functioning with my hearing aids was completely wrong. The lack of care, education, and extreme high price I was dealing with by my previous audiologist was shocking! I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to Hish and his team. They swept in and saved the day! I feel so comfortable here and can actually speak freely and be myself. No more appointment anxiety. They go above and beyond for their patients and actually get to know you as a person not just a patient. It’s a huge relief to have these wonderful and compassionate folks taking care of me. You’re my hearing heroes!
