Avoid at all cost. The price went up for a lot but the quality is terrible. Look at my mango slush and the those 4 years ago in the reviews. The mango taste like fake fruit. Slush taste so bland and I bet there're zero mangoes in it.

The place is neat and quiet.The service is quick and I am surprised that their original bubble tea is the best I've tasted so far. I would want to try the other teas next time. They have variety of cakes and pastries too.

The location of this place is just right-- hidden right behind metrotown station! The staff who was serving me was also really nice to me. Probably because I smiled a lot. (Tip: smiles are contagious!)However... sadly the drinks, like the reviewers say, are actually watered down. The slushies were basically all ice. I was chewing on ice the whole time. I dont have bubble tea a lot and even I know these drinks aren't good quality.The prices are pretty high too despite the low quantity and quality.What really disturbed me was the sight I saw before my drink was served. The staff was eating my leftovers-- yes she was! She was scooping the residue slush from the blender and eating out of it.I understand why but it's not the most professional...Sadly I won't be coming back here anytime soon.

I ordered peach green tea with pearls and coconut jelly - it was yummy and had a generous amount of toppings. Service was friendly and quick. In my opinion it is worth it to cross the street from metrotown mall to get bubble tea here.

Taste as it looks, but I think too expensive for just one scoop of ice cream. I don’t know why they removed the milk tea or slush option from this cup. Would be worthy with more ice cream, milk tea or slush.

My friends and I went to Estea for their waffles, which were excellent, but way too much for one person. It's like a whole meal itself. Plan to split it with someone if you are having it for dessert. Well worth trying though.

I like their crepe cakes especially matcha and the earl grey one. They are slightly frozen though so I recommend ordering to go and thawing them first. I like that the crepe cakes are not just whipping cream and flavouring, they actually use mascarpone cheese and you can taste it. Earl grey one is slightly sweeter the matcha one is not very sweet.

We ordered mango paradise ($5.75) and caramel pudding ($5.50). The caramel pudding taste okay, but the pictures look better. They have wifi, and was pretty empty when we came. Since there's Covid, there's only 3 seating tables inside, spaced well apart.Don't forget to get a stamp - buy 9, get 10th free.

Had the kiwi bbt with coconut jelly. Refreshing. Exactly what I needed on a hot July day. Will note to come back for other drinks, cakes and bubble waffle next time in the area. A nice shady walkway outside the skytrain, so this a great location for refreshments!
