A cute shop with quite a bit of seating space! Their menu selection is great, and their pricing is very great, with each fruit tea only being $4! However, their thai milk tea is quite disappointing, as it doesn't even taste like it :( Though I do recommend their peach red tea :)

Omg this might be my fav bubble tea place ever! They may not be authentic" but all the creative flavors really is drawing me back.I love how they use real fruit and use minimal artificial chemicals.I just wish it wasn't so dang expensive. I understand real fruits are pricey

Went here for some bbt and bubble waffles and it’s so good! Always loved Bubble Queen for a long time but it’s been quite some time since I visited. Happy to say, quality of the bubble tea drinks are still awesome, and that their waffles are super tasty!Plenty of flavour options to choose from. If you are unsure what to order, the mango slush is a great start. It’s so good!!!!!! Ferrero and Toblerone are good too. For the waffles, we tried the Oreo and enjoyed every bite of it! Check out their menu to see all the options!The shop has some seating area available, but they can fill up fast! Pay parking is available on the street. Also, they do accept debit payment.

The best mango slush I've had period. This behemoth was jammed to the brink with mangos and had plenty mixed in as well. This was a mango overdose. Well worth the price and they used the most perfectly ripe mangos known to man. Pearls are perfectly cooked as well, soft with a bit of chew. Could have eaten a bowl of these alone. I really wish I found Bubble Queen sooner during my trip, this would have been a daily event. Bubble waffles were good as well but the mango slush is where it's at.

Nice hidden spot and affordable pricing but space is a bit on the smaller end. Less tables available so be ready to take your bubble tea to go

Had to try the seasonal mango slush and it was just so so good. The mangoes are perfectly ripped, slush was not icy tasted more like a yum smoothie with fresh mango. Pearls/jelly were for free. The drink was around 10$ which seemed a bit pricy but for those mangoes it was worth it. I didn’t really like the taro waffle, it was a bit crispy and overly sweet. Would highly recommend the mango drinks though.

We stopped by Bubble Queen in Richmond awhile back, when it was still Cherry Blossom Season and ordered the following:Sakura Matcha Ice CreamLychee SlushPortuguese Egg Tart Bubble WaffleThe Lychee Slush and Sakura Matcha Ice Cream were both tasty; while the Sakura Matcha was pretty when we dug into it with our spoons, we discovered that it was hollow in the middle. The ice cream was dispensed in a way such that it swirled around on the outside and appeared to be a big, tall mound of ice cream, but the centre of the cup was empty. This was quite disappointing for us.The Portuguese Egg Tart Bubble Waffle was meh". We've had a much better Portuguese Egg Tart Bubble Waffle elsewhere. I think if we try Bubble Waffle at this place again
