Need to improve loading and unloading for drivers. Wait times are way to long, loading/unloading area is to small as well. Wasting a driver's time, that is something they are good at.Update: changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. They are aware of the long wait times to load/unload and are working to improve. Overall a good company, besides the long wait times I don't have any complaints.
