True-Blue Water Delivery
Have been calling twice a day for over two weeks now, no has has answered any of my calls, voicemails, or emails (like their voice message says they will) have been a customer for over 5 years and suddenly since new ownership we have been jumping through hoops to get in contact with anyone. However, somehow they are able to email us past statements claiming they have not been paid. We have the paperwork to prove each payment but can’t seem to show it to them due to the fact they won’t answer our calls or emails.

I was having a hard time finding anyone to fill our pool, and a friend recommended True Blue. First I talked to Marsha on the phone, she got me set up right away with a delivery for the next day, and she was super friendly and helpful. The next day, Bill came out with the truck. He had to do 4 loads to fill the pool. He was also very friendly, and a very quick worker. The whole experience was very good. I would highly recommend this company!

The secretary here wouldn’t know customer service if it slapped her in the face. I ran out of water with 4 children in the home and she couldn’t care less; she made us wait FIVE DAYS FOR WATER! When I voiced my concerns to her, she threatened to make it six days! I would never recommend this place. Ever.

Great customer service, been with them for 5 years. Easy to communicate with, we use email and send e transfer which no other companies would. Would highly recommend, they go above and beyond.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been dealing with true blue water delivery for many years. They have amazing service and staff is super nice and they have helped us in a couple “emergency” situations. They have many options on how to pay and how to order so they can accommodate everyone. I really appreciate the excellent service they provide. Way to go!!

Fantastic service, reliability and water quality. The entire team, from reception to drivers, are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. They have always provided a one day turnaround to any voicemail or email I sent. Highly recommended :-)

I wanted to say big thank you to the guys from True Blue. Excellent customer service. Excellent performance. Excellent job!After searching for a while, I have ordered with them bulk water for my swimming spa. I am a very peaky customer and was worried they can scratch spa surface, but the delivery guys were very careful and showed true professionalism. Highly Recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Friendly service. Great price.Bill is especially great. I was quoted a higher amount and thus handed over the full amount. I didn't count it as we were having a wonderful chat whilst filling the pool. About an hour later I received a call from Bill stating I over payed. He arranged to drop off the excess on his way back from another stop. Such a warm, welcoming, down to earth honest man.Highly recommend True Blue.
