I wish that there was a ''no star'' option. We had our eaves replaced by Progress in October. They were quick to take our 35 year old eaves down and had the new ones (with gutter screens) put up in a few hours! Soon afterward the leaks started. They leaked not only over the eaves, but also under the roof itself. Soon we had water rushing down the sides of our house pooling on the ground which made for a hazardous winter entry. Numerous phone calls and emails got little to no response. They never came to see the leaking work - nor have they answered emails. Think very hard before contacting this company. Our old 35 year old eaves were better than the new ones we had installed. They came highly recommended. This was NOT our experience.

Four days I broke a pivot pin on one of our sliding windows. Many years ago we spent a lot of money having our windows replaced with this company. I went to the company's show room and asked if they had said part. What is you name and when did you buy the windows. I just want to buy the pivot pin. Their first line of defence check her computer and found our name wasn't in the computer. They did not have cimputers at the time or their conputer system was changed over. Do you have a date of when the window were installed. After some checking with my wife I gave the women the date of 1998. I was told what this company only keeps parts for 20 years. What about a person who had a similar like window installed in 2005? She took my contact information and said, we'll get back to you. Five days have past and nothing. The same day I comtacted another company who do did some work for us. Without hesitating rhe owner said, I have what you are looking for, I'll be out to you house tomorrow at 11 a..m. He was there and installed the pivot pin. Now that is customer service. Progress Aluminum 1 star or less. This other company 5 stars We have delt with company before on similar problems. This 5 star company is the BEST! Very customer focused.

It is a very great atmosphere and the people are very helpful and great.
