Had a really bad experience with the service. The staff is really rude. I am just trying to asked if there's a bacon on the burger as I don't eat pork but she's really impatient and gave a face. Made me really sad.

I don't normally leave a bad review about fast food restaurants, however this McDonald's is honestly the worst. The amount of times that this McDonald's has forgotten items, and serve the wrong order is beyond belief. What's worse is that they are not ever willing to make it right even if you have the food in hand with the receipt that shows that you are right. This morning for example, I bought the chicken McMuffin blt, and was served a regular chicken McMuffin which literally had the special order on top of the wrapper. They deny all responsibility. Avoid at all costs and just go to the one on Bourquin or Clearbrook.

I ordered a coffee but I forgot to order butter so I asked her can I get 2 butters( which is free) but she told me you have to order atleast a cookie if you want butter and she said I won't give you next time... you missed one reqular customer only because of customer service. I'll go to another branch 3230 mount Lehman

Ordered big mac through the app. Asked for NO big mac sauce and ended up with extra.There were two workers taking orders and one in the back making the orders but nobody actually giving them out. I saw my order sitting there for a while and finally had to yell at them to give to us before it went cold. The guy beside was getting frustrated as well.Employees looked very disinterested.May 29 2023 around 3 pm

Possibly the worst McDonald’s in existence. Way under staffed. Need to have more than 3 people working during a dinner rush. Food however was super hot and fresh so 2 stars :) Also, very gross restaurant. Clean your tables. And floor. Or something.

The service is really bad. They don’t take your order correctly and then if you ask for anything like ketchup or something they make faces like really you guys need to do better
