Roadrunners Towing - St. Albert

Had a wonderful experience with Keith from Roadrunner Towing. He made an otherwise stressful situation more bearable with his friendly demeanor and excellent service. If I'm ever in a situation where I need another tow he'll be there first person I call.

I had a great experience with Kyle from Roadrunner Towing! He arrived much earlier than the 1.5 hour estimated wait time. He brought me a hot chocolate, which was a very pleasant surprise- because he thought I'd need it after waiting in my cold vehicle.He was quick, efficient and knowledgable!He was very empathetic and made me feel at ease in an otherwise tough situation.I highly recommend Kyle and his services!

Great job and service. Good communication and pickup/delivery times were just as coordinated. Couldn’t be there when it all happened but the driver was great with communication. Thanks again

A bunch of liars. When I called the police, these guys were called by them. The tow truck driver was ready to take my car without telling me where he was gonna take it and how much I would be charged. Me and my Dad told him how we only had one way insurance and that the insurance company wouldn't cover for the damages. We asked him how much it would cost to take it to a garage we know but the guy insisted and assured us that their place was the best choice to take it and that the garages might not want it and that we might have to pay for towing again if that happens. The guy never mentioned a single thing about what we would be expected to pay. After we repeatedly asked him about the price, the guy assured us we wouldn't have to pay anything. When I went to take out the car a couple days later, there was around a $1000 bill waiting for me. When I told them everything the guy told us they sided with their driver and they wouldn't believe me. And when I asked the guy, he denied everything he said during the accident. His exact response was he didn't tell us about the price because he didn't know the exact price".I can understand him not understanding the exact price but what I am not okay with is him not telling us completely anything about the price. He should have told us at least what to expect because I am sure he has been working there for sometime. There was no reason for him to lie to us especially after we repeatedly told him we didn't have any kind of coverage with our insurance."

Amazing service, I needed a tire change during a high volume day where the calls had an estimated ETA was well over 2 hours and we were going into 4 hours of waiting. I called to get an update, knowing that this kind of call during a busy morning is not always welcome. The lady who answered was so nice and helpful getting me information on the drivers location. Less than 5 minutes later she called back to advise that the driver will be longer than anticipated and gave me options including leaving the vehicle and the driver would take care of it.I went to work and the wonderful driver arrived while I was not there, changed the tire and put everything neatly in the trunk including the cardboard we had left on the ground for kneeling on.I can not express how grateful I am for this service and attention to the small details. Much respect to all the employees at Roadrunners, you are providing an important service and setting high standards along the way. Thank you!!!

Well I am giving this company a 5 star rating solely on the fact they ended up dropping my bike off the tow truck and within a week, we had come to an agreement and my bike was fixed!! I would happily suggest these people to anyone as they own up to their mistakes which is hard to find in the towing business.... I personally have had bad experiences with tow companies and even though this one wasn't the best they quickly owned up and fixed their mistake. I WILL be coming back again to use their services!!

Had to get my truck towed this evening and this company was the fastest by a landslide! the guy they have working night shift is super friendly and a great tow truck driver! 5/5 stars WOULD recommend this company!

Great professional service by Roadrunners via AMA.Had a breakdown in a rural area and needed towing to an even more rural destination.The individual, Kyle, was professional in how he handled our vehicle, our concerns and the towing itself. Was very personable with a positive attitude despite the time of night (it was late)Nice to have this level of professionalism and sense of decency in an industry that can get an ugly reputation because of other people's experiences with other towing company.Hope I never need towing again, but if I do, I sure hope this will be the company :)

The guy who towed my vehicle names is Trevor he just finished his service. If someone understands customer service meaning is this gentleman. Top notch service.

Great service!! Our vehicle wouldnt start due to a Key FOB malfunction. The driver arrived quickly, loaded our car onto his tow truck and even drove us home. Thanks Roadruners!
