Both of my girls take gymnastics at Jamfit. They love it and so do I. It is so well organized and the staff are all fantastic to deal with. My older daughter had her birthday party there in December and it was such a hit that my younger daughter is having hers there in March.

My boyfriend and I tried a kickboxing class and it was a lot of fun! The coach Logan was motivating and upbeat. Kahleel was really lovely and welcoming too. A lot of gyms/fitness studios can feel intimidating, but the vibe here was very positive. We'll definitely be back!

We've only had 2 classes with Coach Kay but my preschooler loves coming and I'm seeing skill progression already! She's more confident and trying new skills like somersaults and hanging from the rings.

My daughter LOVES her gymnastics class at Jamfit with Coach Kay. The kids are so engaged the entire time and Coach Kay does a fantastic job encouraging each child in the class. Highly recommended!

My 20 month old is in love with this place!!! Wonderful friendly staff like Kristen and Vanessa are always so sweet with our daughter and helpful. I and love the open play for the Jam w/Me class for the kiddos. It’s always clean, looks organized as well. No dust bunnies! Great for group classes also for fitness classes. Would highly recommend

My daughter loves coming to gymnastic mini jammers at Jamfit! She is excited every week and continually asks when is her next class. The staff are wonderful and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to put their kids in gymnastics!

The kids sessions are a fun alternative to the larger gymnastics schools, with a more flexible commitment that is great for balancing a variety of activities. The girls love them!

Great little innovative gym across the Independent in Manotick. It has classes for all ages. I enjoyed the most the classes for kids (0-9 years).
