The staff are all so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable - making the atmosphere and energy in there wonderful. I was taken care of immediately and I can't stress enough how clean it was in there.The pricing is reasonable, realistic and fair. I honestly would have paid double the price if I had gone with the first shop I went to.!Phil was my artist and he did a fantastic job!!! This is just one of many tattoos I have and it might just be my favorite. I'm in love with the way it turned out and I will definitely be going back to them in the future.I highly recommend this place.. It's literally hidden gem worth checking out.!

Got my ears pierced here. Transition was very easy and swift. Clean store, friendly staff. I recommend!

MAX WAS SO GREAT!!!!! What a funny, comforting, professional guy. I am so grateful he covered up my godforsaken ugly stick and poke tattoo. I accidentally scarred myself doing my stick and poke a few years ago and he helped me replace it with a paw which is basic but personal to me :) thank you so much Max! It was a pleasure getting my first legit tattoo from you. I entirely recommend. Not only was he fun to be around, he handled everything professionally, cared for my comfort, and was super sanitary. Although he had other clients to handle, he made sure to help them out and replace his gloves after handing them papers. Make sure to ask for him- he’s awesome and great to talk to.

Phil did my tattoo and was able to knock a lot of work in 4 hours. He also sprayed a numbing cream, making the tattoo pain go away. Very clean work, extremely satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend to any friends and family. Can’t wait to rebook for my other session to complete the sleeve.

Today I got my upper lobe piercing which is a third ear piercing by Max he did a great job on doing it I would like to thank him. This place is best for getting piercings would recommend.

Matthew Wong was amazing!!!! Because of him, I will be coming back and getting more from him. He gave an amazing experience and I finally know and understand why people get addicted to tattoos. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to come on here and shout out to this tattoo studio. I honestly don’t know how he’s still an apprentice he is so talented and his work is amazing. He’s done 3 tattoos on me already and I plan on coming back for more. 20/10 I highly recommend if you want to be extremely satisfied with your tattoo. Simply best at the Chronic Ink Markham location :)

Great experience! Walked in for an ear piercing and the lady was very gentle and thorough with sterilizing and checking the placement before piercing. She also gave detailed aftercare instructions. Service was reasonably priced. Would definitely go back!

I got my belly pierced here a year ago and it just came out today. The jewelry was not punched in right, it was slightly off. It was overpriced too it costed $93 dollars. Please do not get your belly pierced here.
