I live in the area and have given multiple chances to this pharmacy. On numerous occasions the pharmacy has made errors with my orders and at this point the service and attitude I received was appalling. Staff was extremely rude and arrogant , they overcharged on my prescription drugs and the prices are not comparable. I’ve gone to Costco Boisbriand and received a much better service and 1/3 the price!!!!! Also the Pharmaprix on Curée Labelle much better service and prices. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY AGAIN! Jean Coutu in my opinion they are destroying your reputation!

The worst pharmacy in the area. So much better at Pharmaprix or any other Jean Coutu location.The administration is questionable in their approach and procedures. Avoid at all costs !!!

Never ever again with this Jean Coutu!!!I and my kids went to take photos for passport and one employee, older lady with short hair was not nice at all.She treated us very rude and made it clear she had no time for us So in the middle of the photo process we had to leave because she told us to leave and move on to another Jean-Coutu in BDF. There we got excellent service and all went well, as it should.

I’m very disappointed on the employee’s that work there. No one seems to know what’s going on. I had problem in the month of July and now after 4 months they claimed a bill that wasn’t paid mean while I made many purchase ,help me understand what’s the problem.
