There was NO one with a disability or a sticker on the car at the time, dropped off and waited a few minutes for his customer to come out of the dispenser. What is someone who actually needed that spot couldn't get there? plenty of parking close enough! Do better!

A great reliable and affordable taxi service! I always call them or Associated - for service in the Red Deer and blackfalds area this taxi company is everything youd expect and more. Drivers are friendly and the vehicles are always clean and safety friendly!

Called for a pickup from downtown, picked up in 30 min during the lunch rush and taken home with no issues, cab was clean and comfie even for a Tall guy like me. Cab driver was enjoyable to talk with as well.

Fabulous service. Driver was fantastic. They have actual accessible vehicles with ramps. They don't charge extra like the newer taxi service. Prompt kind service. Wish I could give you 20 stars

For some reason Ive got hung up on, a couple times ln the last week twice by the ultimate goofy b**** who works at the phone center. No matter what time of day I call she’s always in a bad mood. Really rude full of attitude. She won’t let me talk to management or owner, probably because she knows the complaints will be about her. My 5 year old daughter and I had to walk all the way back from her school because the cab driver Phone B**** couldn’t take an address and refused to let me speak. Then continued to tell me that the address that I gave her wasn’t an address…? Since when is 3322 44th a Avenue not an address in red deer? Too bad because I spend about minimum $150 of cabs a week generally 300$/ week so unfortunately until I speak to management/ownership and that B**** drops the attitude they’ll be losing my business. I’d really rather walk because 94 Cabs - is also a shame.

These guys are amazing. They arrived quickly and were very professional. The one driver came out to try and help me with a boost. He stayed for as long as he possibly could just to try an help me get it running. If you're in the red deer area this is the company to call for your taxi service needs.

I got cab#70 (Sunny) is very quick and picked me up in less than 10 minutes after calling dispatch. Clean and Tidy cab. Driver well mannerd. Good job guys
