Were awful to deal with. Basically refused to look up availability as they told me it took to long. Not sure how I'd buy from them even if I wanted. Apparently the store employees had some kind of dispute with the plumber I was using so for some reason they decided to be rude and refused to interact with me. They told me to try wayfair which was actually good advice as wayfair was fast and had good prices.

They sold us the wrong parts for our shower, not once but three times. Then the service rep stopped returning calls. Then they ignored emails asking for help.I was patient to a fault with them, respectfully asking for a fair solution to the situation. Six months later, we had no solution and no follow up. They don't care, and are happy to take your money without any service afterwards. Disappointed to have to leave this review. Go support other local retailers.

Friendly enough, but typically 1.5x more costly then just going to a retail store.I buy over $10k in electrical items a month, and cannot in good conscious pass that increased cost on to my clients, when I can get the EXACT things for much cheaper.
