I recently attended the funeral of Mel Hill at the Garafraxa Hill funeral home. The proprietor, Ann was compassionate and truly caring. The funeral was much larger than expected and she arranged more seating in a seamless manner. The reception was held in the same building and the food was tasty and served by a caring staff. The building is the past home of the local pub. They have created a welcoming atmosphere with old wood in a place that brought joy in the past and a positive environment for the celebration of a life lived. Thanks Ann and Staff. We recently lost a loved one, Garafraxa Hill Funeral Home looked after everything. The cremation, choosing the Urn, completing government paperwork etc. They were so involved, compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, sincere and they suggested without pressure.
