I am new to lethbridge and i am lucky i found Robyn. She is very accommodating, experienced and knowledgeable professional. , She takes cleanliness and your health seriously I am happy to found a great massage therapist in Lethbridge and will continue to go to her!

I was suffering from tension and chronic migraines, I decided I wanted to try massage and found Robyn.  I was put right at ease knowing COVID protocols would be followed which was important to me as I have additional risk factors.Robyn not only gives me a wonderful therapeutic massage, but she has also helped me (and is teaching me how to) release tension in my TMJ / jaw, which has been amazing.  Robyn has helped improve my quality of life, overall well being and I am having fewer migraines.  Thanks Robyn!

Robyn is an excellent therapist who is highly skilled, knowledgeable and very professional! She takes the time to listen to exactly what your areas of concern are and thru various massage techniques & her thoroughness, will target & release those areas. Her experience definately shows in her attention to detail and understanding of anatomy, mechanics, systems etc.There hasn’t been one time that I haven’t felt relief from my chronic neck and shoulder pain after massage with Robyn.I appreciate & respect the COVID screening. I was physician referred to Robyn as part of my therapy for a pinched nerve in my shoulder. After a few treatments, the nerve issue was resolved. Robyn was able to locate the trouble spot and massage and manipulate the area to the point where the nerve was no longer causing issues. Robyn is very dedicated to her clients and very works hard to keep them moving and feeling their best.

I have been going to see Robyn for over a year now for various reasons. She continues to impress me with her vast knowledge. She is very good at what she does. I had some nerve impinging in my leg and due to her understanding and knowledge of the body, she was able to pin point what the root cause was and I immediately felt some relief. Highly recommend. She's fantastic.

I came to Robyn for deep tissue massages to address a torn back muscle from a previous kayaking injury. The injury was causing me daily pain and made lifting my baby painful and quite agonizing. I didn't realize how bad it actually was until I started getting regular massages.After a few sessions with Robyn there was a marked improvement with my range of motion and a noticeable reduction of pain. After a few months, my back was no longer causing me daily pain and I felt normal again.I found Robyn to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful beyond just receiving massages. Her depth of knowledge of kinesiology and musculature is testament to her mastery. As she worked on my muscles she would explain, in detail, which muscles she was working, how they connected to other muscle groups, and how those related to my injury.She was also able to assess issues with my posture and provided a plethora of tips and stretches to help correct my issues and maintain range of motion. She would introduce these gradually every session, and each stretch was selected to help specific issues I was having.Robyn's home office is very well kept and she's worked hard to create a welcoming and relaxing environment. You can tell that cleanliness and sanitizing are always a priority as well. I've always felt relaxed and comfortable, which is ideal for getting a massage. Not to mention, her heated massage table was always a treat on a cold winter day.While I can only comment on the deep tissue massages, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for massage therapy. Robyn is a fantastic person and has made a huge difference in my health and wellbeing.
