Very helpful and friendly. I walked in and told them what I wanted, and they explained which hair dye and colour they thought would be best for me. I honestly think its the best colour I've ever had, and it covers my greys perfectly!

Williams has been a staple in the beauty community for over 30 years. From their unbeatable selection to their friendly staff, its no wonder they have lasted so long in a struggling economy! Their manager Sonny is by far one of the nicest, kindest people you will ever meet - and no one knows more about hair and product than him and the owner Paul. We love you Williams!

The gents here are super helpful and knowledgeable. I was finally able to tweak my colour to the exact shade I had always desired because if their advice and product knowledge. I am a Joico girl all the way now!Great selection and prices! They have a high turn over so the consumables are always fresh. I like that still carry some 'old school' stuff too. I was able to replace a few tools from my hairdressing days of yore ;)

By far the best place to get professional hair colour and beauty items in Toronto. Sonny spent over a half hour with me to make sure I had the right instructions, and even wrote everything down for me and showed me techniques on colouring my hair. Excellent customer service and great prices!
