Contacted company for an urgent door issue, first I had to confirm in writing the acceptance of their terms, tech came and provided me with a few options, the next day I received an email stating the company would not proceed with the service. (They did provide me with a phone number for parts in the US). Their bill was received earlier this week. That is not service. BTW their diagnostic was incorrect.
