I had high hopes for Auvik but found out the sales and webinar team to be unhelpful and belittling. The reason I was attracted to the services provided by Auvik was the ability not only to monitor networks but servers, which was appealing because it looked like a great platform to look after all IT assets from IoT, Servers and Networking devices. However, when joining the webinar I was surprised to be belittled that there products were meant for more enterprise types of business despite the fact we host over 2,000 websites, with over dozen of servers across the globe. All our team work from their homes since COVID and our productivity has increased, and we have since a massive increase in customers, so as a growing business Auvik looked like the perfect solution.I also found them not honorable of their promo’s considering I met all the criteria I did not receive my free Ubiquiti UniFi Access Point. I was having issues with there system with not detecting billable devices. The terms of the promo that you must have 3 billable devices but my setup would only detect two despite having two routers (Huawei 5G Router Failover or capacity at over 80%) and Ubiquiti UniFi Security Gateway (1Gb Dedicated Fibre) both linked to multiple switches US-8-150W-EU, 3x USW-Flex. I also added purchased 2x Netgear VPN firewalls which were detected by SNMP but not counted towards billing.I shared my phone screen, and to my belief they had zero Ubiquiti Unifi Topology training, even though they were offering a free Unifi Device, the main reason I trialled them because I thought they wouldn’t be giving away Ubiquiti hardware if they weren’t familiar. I was comparing the topology discovered by Unifi and Auvik, and asked if I had the dream machine, which has absolutely nothing to do with the issues I was facing but rather, attempting to establish If everything on the network was enterprise, and that was the issue which was clearly not.My overall experience was good to bad, it started great, but everything fell apart with the webinar where they failed to address the issues I was having, and belittled our company, and honor the trial giveaway, to make matters worse, I offered to provide some feedback which they told me they would reach out, its been over a month since then, and nothing. So, as far as I’m concerned, Unless your business is corporate in size, then avoid, they are clearly only interested in big players with thousands of billable of devices.Update: so it's been several months now and despite numerous complaints via email, I've heard nothing from Auvik. The team at Auvik Networks even replied to this review and said they would investigate and they would be in touch, they have not and I can only assume at this point they wanted to give the impression to people reading my review is they take complaints seriously when in fact they bury them.

Trash free trial product dose not work I fill everything out o downloaded the software and then it IP blocked my Access for no reason and it say access denied you do not have access to your site due to violation of are privacy policy I did not break any privacy policy what a rip off company.

This review is not related to the Auvik software but with their sales team. We have let the representative know that we are not interested at this time but that we have their contact information and will reach out if our needs change. Unfortunately, they have continued to call us with our marketing phone number that is listed on Google and we are having to pay every time they call us; which is multiple times a week.
