Chilliwack Heritage Park

Just went to the BC Outdoor Show... fantastic lots of booths and seems to be very well attended...got some info on two places to stay on Vancouver Island this summer

Cute little place! I went for the mud races. There was lots of parking and lots of space to watch. Inside looks pretty large as well. The little village next to it is adorable and I would love to check it out

At the April Thrift Sale. Very well organized. The area was well organized and spaced tables. Excellent admission rate for those attending. Suggestion could have a raffle. Ask for a few donations from vendors.

During the recent floods, our pony and donkeys had to be evacuated. We are so grateful to Heritage Park and all the amazing volunteers who took in and cared for so many horses (and other small livestock) during this time. Thank you all so much!

Great experience for the venue! However, very crowded which stressed the experience; I am getting older and the crowd stressed the experience. Tons of stuff and a very exuberant crowd; however, new Canadianconstraints are dampening the experience.

Pretty decent facilities. I've been here for a few swap meets and craft fairs. Nothing against the facilities, but some organizers try to squeeze in more than they should & the skinny aisles are overcrowded.

I've always had a good time at any events that I've attended here! Parking is usually good and the entry prices are good too!

Went to the BC Outdoor show, $15 dollars to get in and it was very disappointing. There were not a lot of vendors and the retailers that used to have booths at the hunting fishing shows were not there with the exception of Siwash Sports. The old show at the Tradex used to have Army and Navy, Canadian Tire, Cabelas and many of the hunting fishing retailers from the lower mainland. Needless to say I won't be attending this show again.

Amazing venue! If there is an event that you’re interested in, and it’s being held at the Big Barn, GO GO GO!!! Every kind of craft/home/decor/hobby/enthusiast event ever imagined has been held here, the arenas are home to amazing horse events and everything from BMX to motocross and R/C racing is held within these hallowed walls as well!

This was a fun day. We got there at 235pm on Saturday and decided to do the pit pass for $20 a person. Glad we did.Parking was is by donation every event the organizers do this for a different charity and gives back to the community what a great idea. Wish more parking establishments did this.The mid races were a total blast all different types of trucks jeeps and over sized trucks into the mud and away they went.We then got to see the kids and teenagers up to men and women competing. What a great family event!! What a great way to spend the day.Sorry but the only food that was good is the Donar's sorry the other two food trucks were very poor and not tasty or refreshing not taste and not well prepared processed cheese and flash frozen beef and chicken. Sorry but if your going to rack up the fees for the fast food at least put time and effort into your entrees and snacks. Pay more attention to taste and more people will pay..
