Reached out via email to see if these guys would be willing to ship some items they have on listed on craigslist. Through cl email they put my inquiry into a ticket system which was super illogical and straight up weird. They don't ship, if you where curious. However, they did but me on what appears to be a mail list for their company. I don't understand how these people make money doing business online.

This company seriously lacks integrity! I ordered a replacement canvas for my 8' x 10' Aleko awning from them, and it did not fit my frame and roller. I made several phone calls and sent them pictures, but that did not matter to them. They said it was out of warranty and they could do nothing. What does that have to do with it not fitting? I finally found the correct replacement canvas to fit my frame on their website but they made me pay again. What is wrong with people?!

We bought our gate openers and Gate from Aleko online. We love the gate and openers until the temperatures dropped to roughly 20 degrees. The gate openers would not open. We were locked in out driveway until the temperatures warmed up. I contacted the company and we exchanged emails, pictures, and videos back and forth over 2 months explaining the problem. the Owners manual says they work down to Minus 4 degrees F. They do not. The customer service is terrible and they do not stand behind their products. They told me they do not have engineers on staff. I mean how do you make these products and not have an engineer on staff? Do yourself a favor and don't do any business with this company. The openers freeze up in cold temps. Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered an awning on line, recived and all was fine. Me and two other friends ( all there are HVAC mechanics) started to put the awning together had some problems. Spoke to customer service and they sent out replacement parts. Once I recived new parts we tried again. After a few tries and a few hours we all had enough. See pictures to see what happen to awning. The instructions were impossible to follow. Beware before you but this.

I ordered the 10x8 motorized awning for our patio. I was missing the motor, but Connor and team provided amazing customer service and shipped that right out. They were very responsive, and a company that I would feel comfortable working with again in the near future (already looking at their other products!). It was great having the online install video instructions. Thanks Aleko!!

Buyer Beware: I purchased the sauna shingles kit from this company. Very little information is given on the actual website prior to purchase, but there is an instructional video demonstrating how to install said product. This would lead you to assume it comes with everything shown in the video for installation (especially for the atrocious price.) Unfortunately that is not the case. No hardware was included, nor the finishing pieces shown in the video or different sizes of shingles as even the instructional manual shows. You literally receive a box of shingles, which could have just been purchased at a hardware store for a fraction of the price. Upon reaching out to customer service I was met a total lack of standing behind their products and wanting their customer to feel satisfied. To return the product, I would have to pay shipping (astronomical on something so heavy) and also a 15% fee for returning an unused product, just because I opened the box. Thank God I bought my actual sauna from Almost Heaven and not Aleko. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Also - I have attempted to leave multiple reviews on the product itself on their website as it didn't have any, and they are blocking them from being posted. Which is incredibly shady and explains why there weren't any to begin with. Shame on Aleko.

Stopped by to check out their saunas and the quality of the materials. The place looks neat and organized, the staff was friendly and helpful. It is mostly an online order store, but you can come up and check things out in person if you want. Discounts are offered for self pickup so keep that in mind if you're local.

I have hired a young man to install 150 ft of chain link fence that I purchased from this company. It is advertised that everything is included to erect this fence which is not true. The first 50 ft kit is missing the tension rods so we had to purchase those from Lowes. Now we are on the 2nd and 3rd kit of 50ft fence sections and 4 of the poles are missing as well as the rings that top these poles. I've called the company twice and get an answering service even though they say their hours start at 7am. It is now 9:30 am. Their product is satisfactory but this is extremely disappointing that so many parts have been left out. I won't be dealing with this company again after this fiasco. Update: Well it has been 4 weeks and we still do not have the parts to finish the fence. We had a delivery date for Thursday May 4 but still no parts. My worker and myself have talked on the phone several times but nothing is getting done. Today I am once again assured that the parts will arrive. I asked to be compensated for this inconvenience and I was told to contact Overstock for a refund for all of this trouble. I did and their service representative says they're not responsible. They didn't receive the parts themselves at their warehouse. I will be contacting BBB about this fiasco. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs. Update: It is now May 31 and have yet to receive the missing parts for the fence. I don't know how hard it is to understand that 4 poles and the sleeves/ joiners are the parts needed to finish this fence. Yesterday a package was delivered with tension rods that were missing from the first 50 ft section. We had already purchased AND PAINTED tension rods to complete that section. I simply do not understand why they cannot get this straight. They say that Overstock is the one that has to refund any money for all of this mess even though Aleko packaged the merchandise and shipped it to Overstock. AGAIN... AVOID THIS COMPANY

Customer service was awesome when we had an issue with a part of a product. Quick and painless replacement! Walked in and out in 5 minutes, part was delivered to my car for me.
