I bought ringh from ontaio on 22 feb and came to exchange employee name Jitka refused like we dont carry so I can't exchange , what the hell is tgis excuse i have valid receipt and product like new,,, don't scam people to sell only .. if u have refund or exchange policy you have to do it

I went to Ann Louise looking for a present for my boyfriends birthday. And Nick was probably the most helpful person I’ve ever met when it comes to jewelry. Not only did he help me pick out something cool and stylish it was within a decent budget. He knew the details about the chains and the sizes and just overall patient and kind especially since my friend and I were so annoying lol. I really appreciate it! I’ll definitely go again when I’m looking for jewelry.

This is not the first time I went to this store as I bought Pandora charms here before. My daughters also buy their charms here. I recently came here and had a traumatizing experience. I came to inquire regarding resizing of a ring that I bought somewhere else. The person who helped me didn’t really have a very good customer service. His first question was where did I buy the ring. I knew I don’t really need to answer that as my inquiry is if they will service the resizing for this particular ring. I still gave an answer to the question just to be polite. After I mentioned the“company” where I got the ring, the salesperson started getting upset. He sounded defensive and angry. I wanted to leave but he just keep talking about how this company sells only one size of ring and gives the problem to Ann Louise for resizing and the diamonds will end up getting displaced afterwards. I did not argue with this person and eventually I left and I don’t think I will ever come back there if I see this salesperson working there. All I wanted to know is if they will resize this ring for me. A simple answer of “no” would have been enough. But to scold me and made me feel that I did something wrong for choosing Ann-Louise to bring business, I do not deserve that. I should be compensated for being his therapist that day listening to his venting. I think Sphinx or Sparkle at CrossIron Mills are better options in terms of customer service. Prices are always comparable BUT the way you treat your customers who wants to bring business to you is what makes a difference. If i could give 0 star, i would have given but google doesnt allow that. So one star!

I wish I could give them minus 0 for their customer service at the Cross iron Calgary location. The customer service was so pathetic and 3rd class. I would never ever go to Ann louise ever again. First when we entered the store no one acknowledged or greeted us we were waiting and standing there for 25mints.Secondly, I ordered ring online which came as smaller size. I went to Cross Iron mall store to exchange it. First the lady gave us false information said if we want bigger size then the price would be 499 instead or 349. When I checked online the price was same as $349 for bigger size as well. I showed it to her she said no no that's not right. Then I found out that the price she was telling me was of differennt type of ring with different carat size, which she was not aware of . Lack of knowledge. Then I asked her, Can you please tell me weight of the ring. She said no, we don't tell the weight. So strange . I have the right to ask. Her name was Yechika (I hope I spelled it right). Then when I said I want to return this ring and can you please order bigger size for me of this same ring type online. she said no , you have to do it. I was so frustrated that she was saying NO for everything. Then I said call your manager, he was more rude , he came and snitched the ring from me (please check store cameras) and said give it and take your money back. We not going to order anything online for you. That's our policy. His name is Stan.(I hope the spellings are correct). I never had such bad experience ever before. ANN LOUISE was always my favorite store.But now it's bye forever to this store . I am sharing this experience so that people should know how they behave when it comes to exchange or return.

My sister went to this location today and bought something for $23 and she used her debit card and used tap on her phone. That was her original form of payment, she also had everything she needed to a return with no hassle. I even called to confirm with them and everything. She goes there after 30 minutes to return the item she bought she her phone (which she originally used) and her receipt and everything was packaged the way it was given to her. She goes there and she was trying to explain to them that the card on the phone will have different 4 last digit than her actual card. But if u go on the settings and you will see the same last digit on the receipt on her phone. That was the proof that this is the same card she used, she also just bought the item and went back 30 minutes after and they saw her use her phone. My sister went back 2 times and we even called to confirm everything before she went the second time. The manger I believe he was the one that answered the call and the name that was given to me was Stan not sure if it’s fake or real one. He told me if she used her phone to tap to make the payment and you have proof that this is the card which she did give, he will be able to to the refund. All she wantedTo do it as do refund and rebuy cause the original card she used was the wrong card. The second time she went she was given attitude because they did not try to understand her at all and the manger was rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing. my sister thought it wasn’t worth her time because they wouldn’t do a simple refund for $23 so she walked away and let them know that their attitude wasn’t nice at all and rolling their eyes will not help. I work at the mall too and I understand that you need have ur original payment method and your receipt and she had everything. They need to update their staff about the apple wallets and how they last digit will not be the same as shown on the receipt and that if you go on setting you will see the same last digit on the receipt in there . She wasted 40 minutes and wasn’t treated nicely. All she wanted to do was refund.

Horrible experience which caused me to not buy anything. I put a watch on hold to come in that evening to buy it. I got held up at work, was unable to make it in. I gave them a call and spoke with the sales people that I had to hold it for longer. The manager called me today with the most ignorant, phone call I’ve ever had asked me if I want it or not with a rude tone. You don’t treat potential customers as horrible as this manager treated me over the phone I won’t be purchasing anything ever from the store after buying a wedding ring for my wife and the stone fell out also. Trash Louises is what this place should be called.
