Fresh healthy food. I had the prawn salad roll with evil peanut sauce which was delicious but I could have eaten 2 more. My Mom always gets the Signature Wrap with chicken which she loves.

I am giving this a 2 star review for a couple of reasons. We use this place a few times for staff lunch meetings and have it delivered. The last time they sent us someone else's order, which was no no big deal until we called to get it corrected. We were told they were too busy to deal with it and we could come pick it up .This defeats the purpose as we are in a meeting . I asked them to deliver in a cab as it was their mistake. We were told that they were not going to do that. Finally I had to have someone leave their job to go pick up. The wraps were all pushed across the counter to her and when she asked for a bag they said . . . Sorry we are too busy . Too busy to put 6 wraps in a bag? How does that even make sense? The food is good we always enjoyed it , but if staff has that attitude and their hands are tied when they make mistakes , this isn't a place we will continue to give our business to or recommend to our clients. I did send a feedback letter but didn't hear back.

Great place for lunch. Consistent preparation and have never been disappointed. Came in for the tuna melt on sourdough with a side of ranch today. Delish as usual! The staff is friendly and turnaround time is always efficient.

Good soup and sandwich spot for a quick healthier lunch. Close to work so it's now on our weekly rotation for lunch hangouts.Winter is soup season!

I was looking forward to this lunch in Victoria BC but was disappointed. The added grilled chicken had a mushy faux texture. The quality and portion size of the Santa Fe bowl is way better in Ottawa’s Trainyards location.

This location can be touch and go but mostly they get it right. Sometimes they forget to put my dressing in the box, or I paid for extra pita chips that end up not getting added causing me to drive all the way back to get it. Double checking orders would fix this. The ingredients however are always fresh.
