Why do you even open on Saturdays? Last week it was closed at 12 due to construction but you didn't post it anywhere so people would know to make other arrangements & today your closed at 1:00. Why open for 4 hours? Welland is bigger then fonthill & their branch is open until 3:00

The people at the branch seem nice and helpful unfortunately their call center does not hold the same standard. The representative was rude and dismissive and hung up on me after waiting on hold to get through to someone because I told her I didn't appreciate being spoken to rudely. I would leave a better review if Meridian call center employees where better trained in customer service but that has not been evident in my experience

Best financial institution around in Niagara period! Seriously if you want no nonsense banking, super friendly knowledgeable staff, no crazy banking fees, amazing flexible mortgage options well this is the place for you. And no I'm not affiliated with them in any way.

been here for a year or so, my card has broken multiple times (not able to use it), my pay checks are not being put through automatically, and can never get ahold of anyone. do not enjoy my experience

I have been a member since it was HEPCOE. It was once great and much better than a bank. Now you can't reach a person by phone at my branch and the contact center must have one person manning the phone. The bigger the institution the worse the service.
