Never answers there phone or gets back to you i been trying to get ahold of this place to book appoint for my dog that’s 11 years old it’s pretty sad a company can’t answer the phone or make a call back that’s what a receptionist is for 24 hour emergency service is bogus if you can’t get ahold of them how can you do emergency services I called the other vet in town and got answered right away and an appoint booked this place needs to get better customer service I’m surprised there door is still open above all if I could rate 0 stars I would as this is very poor service I would not recommend anyone bring there pets there as if they can’t answer the phone they don’t care about your animal leave messages and still no call back

Amazingly caring staff. Dr. Stuckley is an incredible vet. Cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had to put down our dog breezy. The staff was awesome. They have a room with a couch, for the procedure. And they let us take the time to say our good byes. We will be using this vet clinic from now. The compasion off the staff is way better than some other vet clinics around.

I have been trying to get a answer at this clinic for days. I have heard other people say they are tired of calling and no one ever answers the phone. I called the other clinic at exploits animal clinic and get a answer right away. I understand that sometimes they are busy, but calling for days now and nobody answering is not good service.

I sent my cat in today and he was sent away. He is very sick, can't walk and losing weight really fast because he won't eat. And in my opinion that's an emergency. We live 3 hours away from a veterinary clinic...it's unacceptable.You should be ashamed

The absolute best. The staff are so caring and compassionate. They truly treat it as a health care facility above a business, unlike the other vets in central.

If i could give this hole a no star rating I would.Bought my dog in to get spayed but the blood work came back her kidney values were high, a long story short the vet informed us that the dog was in kidney failure and was going to live a very short life. All of this with no additional testing, her explanations to us were very unprofessional and you could just tell that lack of knowledge was there. Told us to take the dog for an ultrasound at another clinic due to the fact they would know more than herself.who says that?Ended up taking our dog for a second opinion at another vet where they done “actual” testing and it came back her count was still high, with further investigation and leaving our dog at that facility for the weekend to have IV fluids flush her kidneys, her kidney count came back down to pretty well normal and was informed the dog was not in kidney failure. The vet informed Our dog can live a very long healthy life whereas we were led to believe at this midisland hospital that our dog was going to have a very short life due to kidney failure.And to top all of this off, the ultrasound had to be sent off as a referral to this other facility, once Mid island received notice that we took our dog to another place to get a second opinion, they took the time to call the facility who was going to do our ultrasound to cancel our referral without telling us, told that facility that we no longer wanted an ultrasound completed, literally after we had gotten off the phone with that facility being very confident that we wanted an ultrasound completed. luckily that facility who will be completing the ultrasound contacted us back and informed Of the situation of mid island trying to cancel the referral whereas we then informed them we had no idea and of course did not want to cancel.So this is what you’re dealing with when you take your pet to this facility, I’m sure there has been a lot of happy customers but they most certainly rubbed us the wrong way, I would not take a mosquito to this place, and i hate those buggers.

I took my dog in, let them know she condition, I started clearly I wanted to know if there was any cancer or kidney failure. They said they were running blood work, be back in 20 minutes, I've since learned, it takes longer for blood work to be done. They told me behavioral issues and to cut her water intake down. Approx a more th later, now my dog is worst, and a second opinion late, and samples gone off to the pathologist, 95% sure its lymphoma. If diagnosed last month, very good chance we could have caught it, but lymphoma progresses fairly fast in dogs, our prognosis isn't so great. When contact midland, the recipients response was oh ok"

I was very nervous about getting my bunny spayed but surgery & recovery went very well. (Besides the normal difficulties after of getting bunny to eat, poop & drink water!)Staff are very kind, considerate & informative.They're also great at trimming my veeery energetic bunnies nails.If they can handle her, they can handle any animal haha.100% would recommend & trust them with any animal needs over any other place in Central.
