Very bad treatment, they just ask me to go and back، they never help, the staff just sitting and having coffee and talking to each other, and kicking up the people as they own the place, keep ringing the bill and they Judy pass anc look at me from inside and ignore me, I had to stand around 40 minutes outside until they open the door for me, and then they told me, we ate very busy come back after a month, even without asking me what I need or why I kept standing out around an hour, they treated me as I’m beggar , they are very bad, they just increased my bad situation to worse,They made me very frustrated and depressedIt’s very bad place? Never ever go there

Very friendly staff. Lots of services provided in the one location.. drop in doctor's visit, meals for anyone who needs a bite to eat, employment training programs, mental health services, housing placement, advocacy for a whole bunch of reasons , also a free tax clinic for low income individuals... I can't say enough amazing things about how important this place is to the people who use the services provided.

If you need anything. The Kettle staff are all awesome. From puppy food , taxes done, help with employment and a shoulder to cry on. Best Drop in Center in the city. Audrea cook the best home cooked meals. Check it out.

Kind and incredibly helpful stuff..beyond what I could have expected considering I started with a phone call... being with that kind support I was too eager to sit at home so I walked the 40 min jist to meet those people im person! Truly wonderful organization.

They used to help with taxes but not anymore. They offer cheap or even free meals around 12pm

Down on Commercial and Venebles, the Kettle offers many services including $1 lunches (served at 11:30am), laundry services, showers and social workers to help with help housing and other social programs as well!! Memberships are $2

There going to help me out tomorrow with temporary housing a bed and a bag to carry everything in...

They do help a lot, unfortunately, I arrived early four days in a row for desperate help in regaining my ID and was turned away each time with one excuse or an other
