Grand LV Nails & Spa

Horrible experience. Went for a colour change. Had two techs doing my nails. Got cut twice! The end result nails look worse. Nails are paper thin now and bending. Have to trim them back otherwise they will probably tear. They don’t feel completely try, almost sticky. So disappointed.

Tldr- better now.Went back and the manager Jayden fixed my nails in all of 3 minutes. New fixed pic at the bottom.My best friend went to the salon and got fantastic nails... There are so many positive reviews that I wouldn't of thought that I felt like I just wasted my time and my money. I was not listened to the only thing that went right was the color. I asked for squoval. He said so square with rounded tips? Sure. These are so square and so pointy that I've already hurt my face in three places.I asked multiple times for more filing. And then at that point I gave up. I hate my nails. Hate. How many more times can one complain.Then the tips were filed even more square at the end and the color was removed off the top so it doesn't wrap over. Felt like a rush job. If 0 stars was an option I would.I should have gone with somewhere I've been. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews. I'm upset.They look okay from a distance. The close ups show the sharp and square. Orange is my last set and the shape I wanted and asked for multiple times.

love the place! pretty small space and can get super busy if you don’t call ahead. totally recommend coming in as they always do a great job for a good price in comparison to other salons in the city.wasn’t able to get the exact nail design as i wanted (but really appreciate they were upfront that they couldn’t do it exactly like my reference pic) but nails turned out amazing!

I love this place. The customer service is amazing every time I go there. I really enjoyed my luxurious pedicure. Kelly did an amazing job on my nails, she was very kind and attentive. I really enjoy my time there.

I got uv gel set by Kelly with the most beautiful nail art. She gave me diamonds and 3-flowers on a stiletto shaped red nails and they are so classy and pretty. She was also so friendly and kind and made the time fly. Thanks Kelly for my beautiful nails! If you go, ask for Kelly!!!!

Jayden was amazing! I got such amazing service during my nail appointment, including complimentary coffee and a hand massage. I showed Jayden a picture of what I liked and he did an even better job than the photo with his own designs! I highly recommend his services and making Grand L V nails your regular nail salon.

It was my first time here.LV Nails team is pretty friendly and professional.You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. You are offered with Vietnamese coffee, tea or water while getting your nails done.You are given stamps for each visit (for 10 stamps you will get $10 off).Khoi was my Technician. He really took his time and didn’t rush at all. Will definitely return with my mom.

I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life tbh. Both nail tech was amazing. I’m in love with my nails. I had my eyebrows waxed for the first and it looks great. I loved every moment of my appointment. God bless y’all

This was my first time getting a pedicure here. It had been the first time after the winter months so I really needed it. I was seated very quickly and the nail tech began on my pedicure right away. They helped remove my ingrown nail but were very gentle! Highly recommend!
