I had received an online order at my home and needed to do an exchange. I was needing to get a better size for some shirts that I had ordered. I talked to two staff members who were extremely helpful. I'm sorry that I didn't get their names - one young man who worked in the American Eagle side and a young lady who worked on the Aerie side - they were both very attentive and helpful! I will definitely be shopping there again!

After endless requests, Alexis and shayleen were able to fulfil all my requests with no complaints. They spend a good 20 minutes helping me better understand their products as well as helped me with my returns. I never write reviews but these two went above and beyond to help someone out on a regular non-busy Wednesday afternoon. Thanks again.

Very informative staff! They all know the products so well, I came in looking for jeans and they showed me literally everything I could ask for!Great professional service, with a smile to add!10/10 would get semi-expensive jeans again.(Lower priced jeans would be better though haha)

Aerie staff were great. American Eagle staff not so much. I was not greeted or acknowledged once and two girls that were a part of your staff were on their phones the entire time i walked around. Every time i go into your store, there is at least one staff member standing behind the table on the right at the front on their phone. be better

Can I just say I had the BEST shopping experience here by far.. the staff are all amazing and consistently making sure you are helped, they are super kind and welcoming it made me feel so relaxed.. second THIS PLACE IS SIZE INCLUSIVE, they have more variety online however go up to a xxl in store and the sizing is so accurate.. pricing is a bit high but I genuinely believe this place is worth every dollar. Definitely returning

BIG Yikes! so I used to frequent this store a lot, but since I have gained a bit of weight since the last time I came, I noticed a huge difference in the way they approched me (or didn't for that matter). I came in looking for some jeans to replace a few that have broken or don't fit me anymore, found one pair that looked like my vibe in the clearance section, labeled $29.99, took it up to the desk and the guy looked me up and down and seemed like they just wanted me out-and the jeans rang up at $49.99...I had told him where I found it and he just said, well they are 49.99...k...so I got my jeans, and left with my head down. I have never felt so awful in this store and probably won't be coming back any time soon. If you are a double digit girl like me, don't bother coming here.

Not related to this location in particular but I've noticed the quality of their underwear has gone down and the price has gone up. The seam around the lace upper part of my new undies totally came apart making them unwearable. Going in the trash!
