They don't know what is called PRIVATE. I've been living in Decarie for 4 years. In the late month of my rent, they begin to take strangers to my home without informing me in advance. They come in and come out like nobody is living here! I claimed it, and what their manager did is trying to convince me they have no fault with rude attitude. She even didn't say a “sorry to me! Few communicate between the company and tenants. Two stars credit to the service from the staffs who charge my rent monthly."

Hands down the upmost worst real estate company I have ever dealt with.From in office management, to on site management, and building conditions/care overall are absolutely awful in Place Riviera" situated in Pierrefonds Quebec Canada....and I would strongly not recommend to anyone looking to stay in a property managed with care and concern for good

Hands down the upmost worst real estate company I have ever dealt with.From in office management, to on site management, and building conditions/care overall absolutely awful and would strongly not recommend to anyone looking to stay in a property managed with care and concern for good, paying tenants.If I could give this company 0 stars I would.Any sort of simple issues/concerns brought up were responded to with immediate disregard and no care whatsoever yet they never fall short of aggressively coming at tenants when they seem to have an issue themselves.Save yourself the time and issues, and do not bother with this company.

Building manager is fine, but the company is brutal. They’re increasing rents during a pandemic. Astronomical rents. They don’t seem to want long term, loyal tenants, more interested in squeezing money out of people, treating them like a 1 year financial transaction, not like human beings.

Yes they are so bad management. They are so rude .

They literally never respond back. The building manager.. I've been trying to get a hold of him for over a week now, calling him every single day. Not once has he called me back. This is the most unprofessional company ever!

Worse property managers in the WORLD!Their Lancaster Apartments in Ottawa is infested with cockroaches and bedbugs.

Reno-evictions without compensation! For the past year, the living conditions at 5311 Sherbrooke Street West have been appalling:-Construction workers shouting across hallways in foreign languages every morning at 7am sharp.-Power-tool noises from 6:30am until well passed the legal hours.-Harassing super-intendants-Workers smoking/having lunch within two feet of main entrance door.-During the pandemic, none of the workers wore masks.-Large trucks blocking 80% of the main entrance during the day (not sure this complies with the fire safety code…)-Dysfunctional amenities (no hot water for a while, no intercom for several weeks, laundry-card charging station out of order for nearly a month, etc.)-The garbage/recycling area wasn’t emptied for nearly one month.-Emergency staircases blocked by large empty boxes.Their strategy seems to work: Many tenants have opted to move out to escape the predicament of living on a construction site for years to come. Ethical management companies give notice and offer compensation—often up to three months of rent. Also, a one-bedroom that was $855 is being advertised for $1300...A previous super-intendant informed me that these reno-evictions would last several years: appartments, hallways, lobby, laundry-room, structure, balconies, elevators, etc.If your hearing works normally and your life requires a minimum of peace and quiet, do not rent at 5311 Sherbrooke West—It is a NIGHTMARE!

They dont help very much if tents are harassing you they just say call the cops

Worst place I have ever worked for. They just pretend to work. 190 lees the location is full of criminals. The management don’t care about anything but collecting there cheque. Nothing really gets done.As a superintendent working for them I have seen it all. Don’t live at any cogir places nor work here. Bottom of the barrel.
