Had the best experience at Golden tree Cannabis, Chantae was so nice. Super educated on all the products in store. Helped me find exactly what I needed to feel relaxed. 100 star ratings. Will definitely be going back. If you haven't been you have to go there you won't be disappointed!

*****LIARS*****Would not recommend!!. I had issues 2 days after purchasing a cartridge and the store advised me they have a 0 policy on return or exchange and to contact manufacturer. I requested a manager to call back and provide me a receipt I didn't take at the time of purchase and I'm being advised they do not keep inventory of all purchases made for more then 48hrs. Any retail store for accounting purposes should have access to this information. I contacted the manufacturer of the product and they were very helpful HOWEVER THEY WERE BEING LIED TO BY THE STORE in order not want to replace the cartridge the company is asking to replace. I rather give my business to a store that's willing to help their customers and not lie to manufacturer. I found retailers have a 14 day exchange policy on all cartridge. The store never ended doing anything. what a waste.

Not my regular store to visit, but made a stop last week and just remembered to leave my review today. Great experience, was greeted by a down to earth hilarious employee. I didn't quite catch her name, light skin black girl...I think it was Shantay/Shontay (my apologies if I spelled it incorrectly). She really brought that real feel of sales/customer service. What many companies lack nowadays.

Highly recommend! Golden tree cannabis offered amazing customer service from start to finish! The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Very high quality products and sparkling clean space. Special thanks to Abdul, a staff member who helped me thoroughly - I’ll definitely be back.

Love Golden Tree!They have a great crew at this location and some really unique gear.Golden Tree has a few locations now. Each is unique. This location has ample open space for LP display materials and popups. There are some interesting displays and glass pieces spread around the shop.It's always a pleasure to visit!Golden Tree stocks products from OCS and typically has a wide range available, including a great selection of wellness products.They do events and social giveaways regularly.This Golden Tree location is located in a large shopping plaza with plenty of parking and main road access.

Great customer service, been coming here, Abdul especially makes sure to go above and beyond and make sure all my needs are met! Make sure u ask for him, quality service and overall great experience!

Been going here since they opened ,I've noticed a change In staff with less knowledge of there products .Yesterday I plassed a order on line and got a reply it was ready for pick up.When I arrived I was my usual happy self , I was the only one there and said hello and told my order was number 12 ,Only I of the 3 items were in stock and the new guy had no idea how to help ,the only help I got was a rude attitude.Sorry but thats the last time I'll be at your store .Very much disappointed.The guy shouldn't be working there, it got confrontational.There's many other better stores with better knowledgeable staff.Your lose

There is a guy named Anand, he is very helpful. Knows about the prodcuts pretty well. Helpful and he's quick.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was five stars! Sanna I was sitting at the front waiting to greet me with a huge smile. And after walking around the corner and into the store I was blown away at how clean, well wet organized and perfectly laid out this store is! Everything was categorized and compartmentalized easily so that you can search out the product that is best for you. If you are having trouble, KJ was there to offer assistance and was very knowledgable about the products and stock that wasn’t currently available. He was able to tell me exactly when that stock was going to replenish so I can come back in. He was even able to offer a suggestion of another edible product that I might want to try. In the end, I ended up walking out with several bags of edibles that I wouldn’t have otherwise chosen. On the way out, of course Sanna was there to smile brightly and thank me for coming in! Fantastic location with lots of parking, comparable and competitive pricing and super friendly staff. Not only will I be back to this location, they have other locations that I will be visiting depending on where I am when my supply is low. See you again soon Golden Tree Cannabis!

It was my first time going to Golden Tree Cannabis in Brampton. The service was great! I was welcomed by this amazing girl Chante. She was really welcoming and hilarious! Made me feel comfortable about not knowing much. She was very helpful and able to help me pick what I need with out confusion.
