You can leave voice-mails until your blue in the face but don't expect a return call. As parents with young children (3 & 1) this is unacceptable. Would highly recommend stearing clear if possible."

Dr Thomas Frenette was our family doctor for 11 years. He gave us the best medical attention for those 11 years. If he didn't know something he sent us to a specialist and got things done and actually was very caring.We moved from Moncton 5 years ago and truly missed him. We are moving back to Moncton and hopefully can get him back./

Thomas himself is a lovely and caring man. The office, however, doesn’t answer the phone. You can only leave a voicemail during work hours and if you do you’ll only get a call back within two business days. The voicemail states this however I have personally waited longer for a return call. I have filed a complaint with 811 and they advised they have received many other complaints of the same thing. I suggest that this physician stop accepting new patients if he can not care for them. It’s very discouraging to not get a response, or to finally get a response but told I can’t be seen as the dr isn’t seeing patients in person and to go to a walk in clinic. What’s the point of having a doctor? Only reason I’m still his patient is because I haven’t found another physician in my location yet. Do yourself a favor and don’t become his patient. You’ll end up beyond frustrated and filled with anxiety.

Doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return calls. I doubt whether he's actually still practicing.

Have been waiting for an appointment since august 2020. It is now July 2021 and I have had 2 scheduled over the phone appointments, (which took months of leaving voicemails and calling to get each time). The doctor gave a day he would call, and on both occasions I spent my day waiting by the phone, for no phone call to come. Nobody at the office answers the phone, you can only leave voicemails half of the time, the office is usually closed and patients are unable to reach anyone. Voicemails are left unanswered and it is extreme difficult to receive care.

I called his office multiple times to complete the intake since he is my assigned family doctor - no one answers the phone, no one calls back.

Dr.Frenette does not seem to do any doctoring. Does not answer the phone, does not return messages, does not see patients any more as far as I can tell. The door is locked and no one will open it if you knock. Find someone else, this one is a ghost.
