Norm's Appliance Service
After service call, we were not contacted to say if the part was available and when it would be installed.This was 9 days ago. They do not answer their phones, e mails or front door. Very frustrating. I am left without a working washing machine.

Didn't get service for my dryer because he doesn't service some models of Kenmore appliances ie my dryer because of who the manufacturer is.

I couldnt ask for a more professional and timely service!!I was having issues with the ice maker on my fridge. Norm came out to diagnose the problem in a timely manner and got the parts on order ASAP. The office kept in contact advising that transit time for parts was a little longer due to manufacturing issues, but as soon as they were in, Norm was at my house the next day. Truly grateful for the great response time. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing staff! Amazing service!I called for my dishwasher and the lady was super kind and understanding. She took my contact info as she had to step out of the office. She called back asap to book my appointment. The gentalman was also very courteous and polite and very quick to complete the job! While he was there I had a few other questions regarding a spare fridge and he took a quick look at it for me and explained what was happening was normal! I highly recommend norms appliance! I will be a returning customer!
