Excellent product offering and friendly service. We stepped in with 0 knowledge on hardwood, vinyl and cork flooring. Dov has extensive knowledge having worked in the trade. He took the time to present all the product lines, the differences between them, along with recommendations based on actual jobs he and his team did in the past that are similar to our reno job. He was courteous and most importantly extremely patient with us in answering all of our questions and accepting the inherent delays and rescheduling during a process that stretched over 2 months. The high quality of the service and personal touch was the main reason for which we decided to give Invision our business. I strongly recommend it.

Invision Hardwood & Decor was amazing to work with, from the sales process to then finalizing a cost and timeline was great. They don't overcharge right away like some other organizations.During the process Dov was an amazing person to work with, he is a great communicator and does his best to calm the nervous home owner that we were. I would highly recommend them and if I were to refinish again, I would choose them.Only area that needs improvement was the stain/colour selecting process. I think it would have been beneficial for them to offer a service where you show them a floor example that you like (real example hardwood/eng hardwood) for them to match for you based on their colour experience. It would have given us less stress of finding a colour ourselves based on digital pictures.Amazing work.

We initially selected Invision based on their ratings/review on HomeStars and we were very pleased with the results.Dov and Roy walked us through the processes and options at their nice storefront in Vaughan. They then came for a site detailed site visit upon agreeing to move forward. Dov and Roy were both very genuine, upfront, and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour.We initially selected a luxury vinyl with cork underlay, but that took us too far over our budget. So, we decided upon “Tipton Oak” waterproof laminate from Torlys installed completely throughout our condo, except the bathroom. We also had our baseboards replaced.Installation by the two Matts took place over only 2 days. Our old carpet, tile and baseboards were removed. The kitchen and entrance tile removal produced a ton of dust, but we were warned about this and all efforts were made to cover our belongings and reduce it.We’re really in awe of our home’s transformation and love the look and feel of the laminate we selected.The two Matts did have to come back a couple days later for some very minor baseboard adjustments, but other than that, there we no issues with the installation and product.We’d definitely recommend Invision to anyone looking for a flooring contractor that checks all the boxes.Thanks!

I searched multiple places for the perfect hardwood floor to go into my new home. This was a big purchase for me as it was going throughout the second floor and into the living room. Pina was patient with me as I reviewed the many options they had to offer. She helped me confirm the colour and cut of wood I was looking for. She even let me take a sample to the home to see it in the natural light. I would highly recommend Pina and Invision hardwood to any first home buyer who needs someone to help walk them through this overwhelming process.
