This company should get no starts in my opinionJenna acted in an unprofessional way when i emailed her with my feedback on the photos she had taken of my daughter with Santa.I had questioned why it was with a black boarder and merry Christmas was also in black at the bottom and you could see it, and in one photo Mrs. Claus eyes are closed.My daughter was in black and red so you would think she would want to lighten things not darken them specially since it was well lite room with natural light.She responded very unprofessional when emailing to check if she received my email , she then blamed me and said I demanded her to fix them which I did not do all I asked was how can we fix the situation since they were mean full photos for kids .She offered me a full refund and sent all unedited photos cause she felt nothing could be done, but I believe there could have been, she stated the refund would be by December 6. After not seeing the refund I emailed her just incase it was sent wrongly, I was shocked that she had asked me not to contact her.I have screen shots of all emails that I can share as well as her posting about me over her page . It's clear that she can not take criticism well on her work and staff members .But, According to her I was demanding .I didn't ask for anything and did not say any dates on refund she did.I feel after you take someone's money and them not happy you should do everything to make the situation better not say don't contact you. I still am still waiting on the refund promised.Save disappointment and go else where , where they act professional and don't name call their clients on social media.I still haven't received the refund and it was promised December 6 and its now December 15 this shows shes not true to her words and doesn't stand behind her work.

Suite 3 not so sweet! Do not trust Jenna Nicole with any event planning. Over promising scam artist. She took my money 2 weeks prior to being evicted from Suite 3 due to not paying her rent. When requesting my money back she told me she found a new location and would not charge me any extra I would just need to move the location of my wedding ceremony. I agreed and she told me it was on!! Thankfully I kept on top of her requesting a new formal contract and only once I contacted the owners of the new place she claimed to be hired on by did I find out she was not an employee of Moser. Instead they were doing her a favor and had no contract with my name on it. I requested the money return again and was ignored and never received a response. Sent a lengthy email about how she should be operating in good faith and not even a sorry or offer to help just completely ghosted. Do not trust what she promises.

I wanted to say how lovely and amazing Jenna was to work with. I've rented both of her suites for group lash trainings and her support and assistance was unbelivable. This was my first time renting a space and having classes of this size and jennas eye for details and making sure everything ran smoothly made all the difference. I would reccomend her suites to anyone who needs to host an event anytime!

From the moment I walked into this studio, I knew it was a special space. I have never been a dancer but with the help of Jess over the years, I have grown the confidence to enjoy the way I feel when I'm dancing (even if it's not perfect).Jenna has built a space that truly builds women up. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and encouraging. There is no competition here, only with yourself to learn more and more about your capabilities and grow confidence. If you get a chance, take a dance class, you won't regret it.

After renting space from Suite3; it will be my go to for all my events. Jenna has a friendly professional way about her that makes you feel appreciated. She goes out of her way to accommodate and offers beautiful opinions to make the space look fabulous! highly recommend!!!!!

The space is absolutely beautiful and so versatile. Truly perfect for any event. We absolutely loved working with Jenna during the vendor market and look forward to working with her in the future.

This place looks good and has really good and friendly management. They have a genuine care for their customers and helping to give the experience we wanted. I honestly didn't think there were businesses of this type with this level of care before. Thank you sincerely for being there for events and helping make them as memorable as possible. Brian would have been so happy with our events there.
