I was looking for a dress for my sisters wedding, and I wasn’t sure what I was looking for exactly. Melissa was so kind, amazing, and helpful, as she recommended a few dresses that suited my preferences. I ended up purchasing one of the 3 dresses I tried on. I thought I would have to spend days on end searching for a dress, but within an hour, I found the perfect one, all thanks to Melissa :)

I come all the way from Burlington for dresses at this store. The dresses are very high quality and reasonably priced. The owner Melissa cares about every client that walks in the door. I bought my daughters prom dress and they have a policy to ensure that no one will be able to purchase the same dress if you are from the same school. So this really gave us peace of mind. This definitely my go store and I highly recommend you check it out!!

I came here with my mom and sister maybe a week and half a go i believe and it was one of the best customer service I've ever received, Navjot was amazing, she helped us with the selection for my sisters dress, and simply went above and beyond. She was amazing.

If I could give this place a million stars, I would. Even though it’s prom/graduation season right now and they were a little busy, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I was there earlier today with my mother to find a graduation dress. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the amount of selections they had up! The material of the dresses are very nice and the quality is amazing. I would say that it’s probably the best dress shop in all of Bramalea City Centre. We visited Chic Couture before any of the other dress shops and this store made my standards so high that when I went to the other shops, everything just looked tacky to me and I told my mom that we HAD to go back. She literally agreed with me right away. Although some of the dresses might be a bit pricy because they are evening dresses (along with the fact that it’s awesome quality and material), I would say that it’s so worth it to go there. I found the perfect dress for me. I will be recommending this store to everyone from now on. I cannot stress enough how nice the employees were. I had such a nice experience there today. Even the customers were all friendly with each other! Unreal.

What an excellent service. Went in with a zero idea about what to buy for my sister, but left with a dress she ended up loving. Special graditude to Navjot there who made the whole process breezy.

Attendant was not helpful at all. The place was not busy so no excuses.Checked dresses for a size 10 and nothing available to try on. Guess they have so much business they don't need any more. Not going back to this place..and on the lookout for bridesmaids dresses else where.

if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. i went there with my girlfriend earlier today and the old lady working there was extremely rude. we were looking at a dress and wanted to see the size. while doing so, she walked up to us and said whats going on here." in the rudest tone imaginable. we had no other greeting

I went here for my graduation dress twice, and tried dresses with no problem the dresses are great quality and beautiful. Navjot was very kind and helped me through everything, and showed great care for me at my time there, even rembering me after coming the next weekend.Their service was great and I look forward to come back for other events.
