Very knowledgable and helpful. Our dog had health problems for a year and we had her at the vet so much. Creature Comfort recommended a few things and our dog's health improved dramatically. So thankful.

We haven’t been in a few years and popped in today to get our newest pup a harness and training treats. As usual staff is wonderful , friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful small family owned business!

Where do I begin. I’ll start with the great customer service that I have always received. When I became a pet owner I thought I knew lots, but the staff at creature comfort taught me so much I didn’t know that really helped. I’ve called to ask questions, I’ve called to say I’m going to be there 5 minutes after close - their doors have always been welcoming and informative. I’ve had sick pets before and created comfort has always done their absolute best to help me and my animals. Did I mention they have a leash free park? My 1 stop shop for all my pet needs and fix of smiles for the day.

Lovely store and great selection. Be aware that they have a dog park front and center on the property but it is only for registered local guests. We had read about it on some tourism site and misunderstood it to be something we could visit.

My first encounter with these folks was when I went into their store to get treats to try and lure a dog to me. The dog was running loose and wouldn't come back to its owner. Staff just handed me several bags of treats at no cost and asked how else they could help, offering several great suggestions. These are obviously true animal lovers. I have since made it a point to patronize their store.

Had a discussion with the staff yesterday over some of their products and visited today for the first time. The lovely lady was so knowledgeable and asked questions and gave me what she felt were the best options based on my dogs circumstances. You know you have picked the right place when the conversation concludes with “if you have any questions when you get home please just call anytime.” Definitely received 5 star service today!!
