This is a great spot to take your bike. Derik is honest and tells it like it is. He cares and it shows. Almost every other bike shop acts as if they don.t care if you are there or not. I take my Trek bikes there now even though I get free lifetime tune ups at Trek store.

I went to this shop to repair my 2 year old road bike that I recently bought on kijiji. The mechanic refused to repair and tune up the bike, he said it would be too expensive for me (>$100). I told him that I can pay even $200 for the service. However, he refused. Further, the mechanic said that I bought a thrash bike and I should sell it for $40. However, this bike is good, it only needs the replacement and tuning of some parts. The other shop repaired and tuned my bike for only $107. It is like new now.To conclude, I would not recommend going to this shop, the mechanic is rude and inconsiderate. I also hope he is not racist, and this all was not because of my nationality.

Wheels and Gears is the best place to get your bike treated in London, ON. The prices are more than fair and the owner cares about bikes and the people who ride them. I have had at least 5 interactions with this business and I couldn't say enough good about each of them. Most recently I brought a found 80s Japanese road bike in and wanted it fixed up for my girlfriend and W&G made it a Lamborghini. Thanks W&G and see you soon!

Great service! I was looking for a wheel, tube, and cassette for an indoor trainer set up and Dariusz helped me out a lot. He explained the differences in the components I needed and got it all set up and installed a tire I brought. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Fair prices and will be sure to recommend and return!

The owner is very personable and down to earth. I needed a trainer tire for my mountain bike and was having a very difficult time finding one anywhere. He had one in the shop and installed it for me on the spot which made me very happy. Great service and won’t go anywhere else in London with my bike

After a panicked phone call I sent my brother to this store to have his bike fixed after it broke down on his way to work this morning. 5 stars is not enough! Not only did he offer great support on the phone he fixed the bike right on the spot. Great service and pricing all around. We will be using this store for all our bikes needs going forward.

Excellent bicycle service advice. I had an older but very high end Trek racing bike with a seized steering stem. Two other shops in town were unable to fix it & said I'd need a new frame. Wheels & Gears fixed it overnight for a very fair price. Just needed a bit of patience over-night"."
