When we first started w/ VLR 2 yrs ago, I would have given a 5 star review. Unfortunately (and sadly), this agency has really gone down hill. Our beautiful 2bed/2bath property w/ unobstructed ocean views in Coal harbour literally sat for months this year, with only 1 showing. Excuses upon excuses, leading us on; I finally had to end it with them. Glad we cut our losses, and now have it fully rented. I hope this serves as constructive feedback to Baxter and Chelsea. You did have a great company at one point. (We had exact experience as other reviewer, whereby they listed us as “rented” when we were not. Bizarre)

Enough is enough -I honestly have no idea how or why Annie still works at this agency. She is extremely unprofessional - just look at how often she is mentioned. I don't even know how this company is maintaining above 3 star rating. I hate to do this, but it's time to be transparent.You would think that the market is slow, and that's the reason why all their listings are still sitting empty for months. It's not - it's Annie.First, it's impossible to ever hear back from her. Criagslist email, text messages, doesn't matter.Second, when she does finally reply to you after weeks (not an exaggeration) she doesn't answer any of the questions you have, she simply copies and pastes her generic questions like the # of occupants, etc that is already answered in the intro email you send her.Finally, this company needs to clean up their website, instead of committing fraud. I know for a fact that a lot of their inventory" that are rented on their website haven't actually been rented out by them. Whenever they lose the listing
