Sales clerk was absolutely amazing I believe her name is Sunny. When I showed up they didn't have the smaller vehicle that i ordered, so they upgraded me free of charge to a large SUV. Very satisfied with my experience overall I would definitely rent a vehicle again.

Car rental prices are going up. It's almost double of what I rented last year

1) check the gas level - mostly not full2) car not checked by them for any damages- stating that they are very busy..3) parking is 3 level down the office and they expect us to come up and down to let them know / check the car .. they don’t4) always not available around 9:10 even though it’s working hrs ..5) they allow booking only when they want .. eg car not available for booking in advance thru discount code for weekends during spring And summer..I am not able to reserve the car for any weekend from now till next 9 months .. can you believe it’s real ?

We highly appreciated your warmth care from Avis, especially Sonie and her colleagues, we may have some language barrier in between, since we came from abroad, however, they did work and assist us from hearts. Thanks you so much

Not sure how this location has a 4+ rating. Getting the car, no issue, but returning the car was an absolute nightmare. When I picked up the car, they clearly saw my return time was the same as their closing time on a sunday. Which they didn't bother to mention. We were a bit delayed getting to the location due to bad weather and multiple accidents on the highway. We called the phone number for the location which was forwarded to some after hours automated system. Took 10 min to navigate the system before we were able to move past and get a hold of an agent. We asked the agent for the after hours dropoff location, and were told that there is no after hours dropoff, which turned out to be a lie when we brought back the car Monday morning. Not only did we have to drive the car back to our house Sunday night but had to take time off Monday morning from our jobs to return the car only to find out that we will get charged for a full day. Absolutely useless customer service inhouse and at their call center. Avoid this location and Avis at all cost .. there is a Hertz across the street that has better signage or go rent from Turo

Karan was very friendly and he is extremely helpful to explain all concession and offers available to book a car. Also, he suggested with good possible upgrade option. Looking forward to book another car in coming weeks.

Had great service from here, car was clean and new, staff were great. I did all of my booking details online and the process was very easy at the rental office. I recommend, 5 stars

Stay away from this location, i booked SUV through Costco , when i checked in , lady on reception told me if i bring car next day later than 4 or 5 pm she will charge me for next day , that never happens wth any car rental , usually you need to drop the keys in case if you are late , it was my mistake i should have checked reviews before I will report Costco to remove this location from their list

This was my first time booking with Avis + first time with mississauga square one locatiom . It was a nice experience with avis. Car was clean and fully sanitized. Gentlemen on the counter (sorry i dont know the name but he was there at 7:45am 5th Sep 2020) was really helpful and nice , also he answered all my questions regarding rental & return . I will definatly recomend this location.
