Our maytag dryer stopped working. After watching a few how to videos, I located the cause and looked up the part numbers. The man answering the phone, searched his inventory and returned my call saying he had one part and that the other never matched what was in stock. He indicated that if I brought the part, he'd likely find a similar part. Sure enough, he did. Overall, extremely satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend this business, as buying local saves time in ordering parts online.

Justin, the tech, came and ordered parts for our washer and dishwasher. He came back exactly right on time when parts came in. The service was fast, courteous and professional. Also, the price was great! We will definitely use this company again!

Tech arrived because dryer gave out and he said it was the electrical. Had electrician come in and say there was nothing wrong with electrical, it’s the element in the dryer.Called back to have tech return to repair dryer, showed without notice when sadly no one was home.Called to re arrange and was cussed at. When I asked them to please keep it professional they told me to call a professional and hung up.Mother with 2 kids went in store to speak with them because she’s been without a dryer for 12 days and they told her to leave.Place seems like the want less business, follow their advice and call “a professional”.

Needed a timer for a newer dryer. They had it in stock . He found what part number I needed and less than 100$ also told me what the cause was for the timer breaking! Highly recommended

Not recommended at all. Scheduled a time for fridge repair and the guy ended up not showing up without calls or texts. Rescheduled for another time and the guy didn't show up without any notice. Don't waste time on this company

Service person installed a part. Note they do not use hand held technology for payment require ur cc ur expiry date and cvc which was uncomfortable. But I had to pay. The repair person left the fridge wobbling and after I put two bottles water in overnight they were not frozen which caused ne concern. I contacted the office twice they offered no help and kept saying repairmsn was busy would get back to ne at 4. I never heard from him again. I contacted someone else to level fridge and the guy had put temp down below coldest. It was adjusted snd it worked. They were going to charge a service call to level fridge. I don't recommend. The repair piece us working is why I gave 3 stars.
