Pathetic customer care where people don't really know anything. They just believe in transferring the calls. I have purchased the membership and I truly regret about it. Frustrated with BEST BUY

Worst experience ever. Came to buy a dashcam. Have spent thousands of dollars before in this store. Was asked to wait at the aisle till they will send somebody to help me. Was waiting for 15 minutes meanwhile at least four associates were just hanging around with no customers. Approached the customer service desk again - two associates near the desk no busy and the answer was “everybody are tighten up. You have to be patient”. Never again I’ll come to this place.

Went to buy something today. Every aisle I went to someone followed me and stared at me the entire time. I already told you I don't need help. Getting followed by 4 employees while trying to shop isn't a very comfortable experience. Maybe you can find something more productive to do? Will not be back.

I was helped by an associate named Steve (his name tag said in training) and I’d be hard pressed to find better customer service elsewhere. Had a rough day going from store to store searching for the new Pokémon game and he was quick to approach me in a friendly manner once entering the store and quickly helped me find the game. Thank you Steve!

Went to pick up a few things I needed and discovered they don't open till 11 am! (yes I know I should have checked Hrs before I went) Thankfully Staples is next door and has normal business Hrs and had what I needed.Edit. 1 star is for Hrs Generally have great service in store.

I Had To Go Look For Wireless Headphones. I Was Greated As I Entered, And Then Another Associate Came To Me, To See If He Could Help Me Find Something, We Talked, He Was Polite & Helpful. I Found Exactly What I Was Looking For, Then Went To Pay At The Cash, And She Was Extremely Nice, Offered Me Insurance. Then As I Left, Another Employee At The Door Thanked Me, And Wished Me A Great Day!•So I'd Have To Say That My Experience Was Perfect!

Very bad experience with this store. Management has very little problem solving ability and absolutely no training in customer service. If they did I would not have canceled my order. My story is too long to write here. Just know that Floor Manager, Steve, does not care about making his customers happy nor does he care about keeping you as a valued customer. I will not be returning to Best Buy!
