Terrible customer service. Spend your money somewhere else! We were waiting outside the store to open and treated like we were an annoyance. Finally it was time to open so we tried to door, which was still locked, and again he was so rude so we left. Disappointed as I was excited to check this place out and buy some local goods! These vendors deserve better too.

Beautiful store!! came here for Christmas gifts; came back twice since! Lots of one of a kind gift options. Perfect blend of Canadian Handmade products good for any occasions. Great Customer service, very warm atmosphere. Thanks Uppdoo!

Lots of great selection. From bath bombs, to coasters, to greeting cards to jewelry, to art, to neckties....Will be coming back for gift purchases. One of the things I liked most were the earrings made from real butterfly wings which I ended up buying for a friend of mine.

A must visit place for one stop shopping (for gifts and just to treat yourself!). I've been coming to Uppdoo for yeeearsss and have always loved how Ricky and the team make you feel so welcome as soon as you get into the store (they're not pushy at all!). I have multiple bags, wallets and goods from here and love that the leather goods are made in-house and all their products are local artisans, not to mention SO well-made. Any gifts I've purchased went over very well too! I love talking with the makers of whatever goods I buy and this is no exception- they are so passionate and have really thought out every detail of every item. Absolute gem of a place!

I have shopped here for years. Before this became a storefront I purchased the leather keychains. In addition, I've purchased numerous gifts for friends and family here. I have continued to support local but during the pandemic my shopping took a pause. Unfortunately my most recent experiences have quite negative. I had a gift card that was purchased here and was hoping to finally redeem the remainder. The store clerk told me that the store had shifted systems regarding their gift card etc.. and there was no record of mine. I left my name and number. A month later around Xmas time I tried to use the remainder of my 100 gift card. The balance was just over 50 dollars. I told them I had not heard back from anyone and left my details again. Fast forward to February. My third attempt to get any response re: using my gift card. I shared all these details and the clerk called the owner who said they couldn’t honour the gift card. I was told to email them again or to reach out to my bank. I shop local and am passionate about this, however I will not be shopping at this store again.

My wife and I discovered the Uppdoo shop at the One Of A Kind Show in December of 2022, and I purchased a card wallet for myself and my wife got a bag. They are both amazing products.The wallet I purchased is very well designed, it is able to hold 12 cards while not gaining any bulk at all while also being very comfortable inside any pockets I've had it in.The bag my wife got is very cute, and is able to deceptively hold many more things in it than it seems. However the highlight of the bag is that after it was stained by some cooking oil at a restaurant due to a spill by one of the waiters, at the advice of Ricky, the founder of Uppdoo, the bag was slowly and naturally restored to its brand new condition by just sitting in a closet for 2 months without us having to do anything to it at all.The customer service is wonderful, and the products are also amazing in terms of both design and utility.
