Louisbourg Navy Hut
The place is a rotting old navy hut that should probably be torn down for safety. All windows are busted out and or boarded up. The chimney has collapsed after hurricane Fiona and bricks are all over the ground and many just laying on the roof, ready to fall at anytime. Holes in the walls and it's gutted inside with no amenities. It's now for sale, so much for the big plans". It's a dump and eyesore and needs to go. The parking space beside it is private parking for the building next door and the building actually encroaches onto that property."

Firstly it is an old Navy building and NOT a restaurant. It is an empty hollow building at the moment.Not sure what the owner has in store, but it is falling apart and an eye sore.

Tom Bouchard , I own the building and my plans for the restoration are at NavyHut.ca. I know the place is in a state of disrepair but I have a very structured timeframe in which I am progressing at. I hope that you will show some patience in your judgment as I’m only 14 months into the project that could take another 1.5 yrs to complete. The place had sat empty for over 20+ yrs until I showed interest in it . I thank you for your comments .
