Excellent atmosphere, friendly staff, warm and welcoming! I had been to multiple stores before Stars. I was looking for a children’s dress shirt, which was very hard to find. I was greeted when entering the store and was shown many different options. I found exactly what I was looking for. The staff there are genuinely warm, welcoming and honest. I had a great experience and will be a returning customer.

I bought a suit here for prom and one of the people who worked there, lily, was extremely helpful as soon as I walked in. the whole interaction felt very human. If you're going to buy a suit I'd suggest going here.

Absolutely amazing service! Garfield was a tremendous help in finding me what I wanted in a suit. I have recently had surgery and he catered to my needs so I didn’t have to be overly mobile. If I hadn’t had surgery I could have stood around and talked with him all afternoon! Top notch service, clean and welcoming environment, and all my needs were met in no time. Highly recommend

Amazing store went to go get a suit and it fit and looks very good and they have great customer service and a good selection would definitely recommend.

Rude manager!! They let us pay for the suit even though they know they won’t be able to make the adjustments for the size. a day before the event, the manager tells us you can take the money back but we can’t do the adjustments. They let us stress about finding a suit that fits in just a day! Never going back again.

Best service i have ever received from someone! Debbra helped us choose a prom tux, pants, tie, and dress shirt. She made the entire processes smooth and easy! and let me tell you, the prices for the selection that they had… let me say this.. between you and me, please save your time with tip top and moores and just come here! Thank you for the service and all the amazing laughs!

The sales man was very rude and aggressive and he did not allow us to take the suit because he told us we have organized the suit recently and we should not touch the suits. Very disrespectful.

After being treated like garbage by Ali at Tip Top. i went to Stars and bought the sport coat that i wanted. The lady helping me was kind and extremely professional. I told her what I needed and what i liked, and she picked out the perfect sport coat. She didn't pressures me to buy more items, which i like. She was amazing! This will be my go to menswear store from now on.

Visited stars and got a fitted suit . I was helped by Lily she is extremely helpful and knew what she was talking about . Made it very easy . Thank you lily for your help and the pleasant customer interaction!

Worst place and worst manager ever!! My boyfriend and my brother bought suits from there for our engagement party, and they said they can adjust the size for them. They told us the suits will be ready for Monday. Then, they called and told us it will take longer and it will be ready by Thursday, but our event was on Sunday. We went on Thursday to try both suits, and both were not adjusted properly. They took the measurements again and told us to come on Friday. My brothers suit needed a slight adjustment on Friday but it was okay after. However, my boyfriend's suit was still so loose and they said we couldn’t adjust it more. They told us this on Friday and our engagement is on Sunday. The manager was not helpful at all and was so rude. She was so angry and disrespectful even though it was their mistake. They offered us a refund but it’s too late and they ruined our day and let us stress about it too much. Definitely not going there again especially after seeing how disrespectful the manager was
