Karigur

We ordered a custom made dress for my daughter's wedding reception from Karigur. The embroidery was neat, intricate and beautiful, however fitting was substandard. Lehanga was a little loose and fixed with one extra hook, but fixing the fitting of the choli was a nightmare. The choli and the arm holes were too tight, and I believe it was because my daughter's measurements were not taken accurately. After five attempts and going from too tight to too loose to too tight again, finally it was fixed to a point that my daughter could wear it. However, the fitting was horrible, the edges of the armholes were poking (we had to hide them with dupatta and hair), dabka unraveled from few motifs, fabric was damaged, the hemming of the piping around the armholes was awful, overall it was one shabby looking choli. Since my daughter was flying out of the country, and frustrated with the non-stop failed fittings, we brought the dress home but were not happy at all. Overall our experience with Karigur was frustrating and disappointing.

I can truly say that choosing Karigur as the place to get my bridal dress has been the best decision! Their customer service is incredible, their dresses are beautiful, Hina aunty and the employees are so kind and they make you feel so cared for! When I first went in for my bridal appointment, I was nervous as I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. However, I was approched by Hina aunty in such a professional and organized manner that made me feel so confident about the process of realizing my dress. She made sure to understand my vision and let me lead the process with her support and expertise. If you’re thinking to get your bridal dress from anywhere, honestly give Karigur a visit because you won’t regret it!

Honestly the most beautiful bridal store. Their outfits are so intricate and elegant and the jewelry is well-made. I purchased my wedding sets from here and fell in love with multiple bridal gowns. The team at Karigur make the experience that much more special and were so attentive to detail. I would highly recommend it.

Came to Karigur today for Eid shopping. Karigur has some great selection for men and women, specially for men they have really unique designer kurtas. The staff there is very friendly and helpful, specially Mashirat. She took the time to check sizes for every kurtas I tried on and gave feedback, and even gave recommendations for alterations.We will definitely go back in the future.

I had my dress made here and it is so beautiful, absolutely no regrets!❤️ everyone at Karigur was so welcoming and kind. The dress itself was handmade to perfection. Communication was amazing as well. Would definitely come back for another purchase in the future!!

Great experience working with Palak to design my sherwani for my wedding. She helped me go through various design ideas to create a custom sherwani and shawl, adding subtle details such as our initials and various customizations to match the bride. Would definitely recommend working with Palak and the Karigur team as the customer experience is excellent.

I ordered a custom bridal lehenga from Karigur and had Palak as my bridal consultant. Palak provided me with an amazing customer service experience! She was incredibly patient with me during my bridal consultation and was very thorough and detailed when answering all my questions. The level of professionalism she showed assured me that I would receive my outfit in perfect condition with the exact design details that were discussed. I'm so happy with the service I recieved and would highly recommend Karigur for bridal attire.

I purchased my wedding lengha here in May 2022 and had an excellent experience! I purchased mine off the rack as I did not have time to custom order one for my wedding, and it was the most beautiful lengha I could ever imagine. There were plenty of options, and the employees at the store were extremely helpful. I was able to get all the alterations done in time for my August wedding. I definitely recommend Karigur Bridal for any brides looking for their wedding lengha. 10/10 experience, and 10/10 bridal selection!

Getting my dress made from Karigur for the first time, especially my own Wedding dress was quite an experience. Hina aunty was a wonderful guide who provided great advices and suggestions for my wedding dress. Both my Wedding and Reception dresses were absolutely beautiful. I had compliments coming from all over the place! Thank you so much! Although for future suggestions I would encourage them to work better on making the correct/accurate measurements and colours decided to avoid delays or stresses for clients. Otherwise wonderful service and great bridal dresses made! :) Would definitely recommend!

Came here looking for a ready-made bridal outfit and while their collection is undoubtedly beautiful, I couldn't have asked for better customer service! Mansi and Palak have been absolutely amazing to work with and were more than willing to help with any problems we faced. The tailor they recommend (Khadija auntie) is also extremely reliable and able to work on short notice, which was a huge bonus! I can't recommend this place enough if you want a stress-free bridal shopping experience.
