He was highly professional, personable, and incredibly responsive - he would respond to text messages promptly or call me directly when it was more effective. Ali assisted with guiding me through the many hoops of renting a unit and finding the best possible tenant. At no point during the process did I feel pressured to select a tenant to quickly close the deal and Ali was fantastic in shortlisting offers based on his deep understanding of what kind of tenant I was looking for. We’ve been dealing with Ali (owner of Stress Free) since about 2012. He’s been managing our properties in Mississauga and downtown Toronto and even engaged in one at Waterloo.
