We hired Calgary Carpet Restretch to fix an annoying ripple in our basement carpet. Ryan arrived with all the required professional equipment to do the job. He explained what the issue was, and provided a fair quote. We learned that stretching out and fixing a carpet ripple is a major process involving one end of the basement to the other in our case. They are tradespeople with decades of experience. Ryan is a nice guy to deal with and we are happy with the results.

Tim was excellent to deal with, he stopped by our house on the way to another job to give me a thorough quote which was much better priced than other companies I had contacted. He was flexible to schedule with and easy to get a hold of. He moved all of the furniture to restretch our carpet which adds so much value to his services. The job was well done and he offers a warranty. Very happy to have found him.

Tim did an amazing job! Highly recommend his services. We had two bedrooms, a closet and a hallway that all had wrinkles in the carpet. In an hour and a half Tim fixed everything at a very reasonable cost. Our carpet on the top level looks like new again. Thank you Tim!

Tim did an amazing job in our basement - the carpet looks better than brand new. He came right on time, gave a well explained estimate before starting, and was fast and professional, explaining exactly what he was doing and what we could expect. It turned out even better than I had hoped, and I highly recommend this company!

Tim came to rest reach a carpet on the recommendation of a carpet cleaning service that had recommended them as one they used. The people in their industry DO know the best to contact!Tim arrived as scheduled and reviewed the carpet that needed to be re-streached and found that part of the issue was that it was originally not installed using industry standards (they glued the carpet strips instead of nailing them). He had the tools and equipment needed to resolve the problem and fixed it. Thanks Tim!
