Love this spot! Hands down the best shisha spot in town. Lovely staff always making sure you got fresh coals. They have a big menu and the food that comes out of there beats most of the local restaurants in the area. Gotta try their pizzas!!

The best Hookah Lounge that I have ever been to. All the staff is friendly, and the place is very cozy which makes it a great place to hangout with friends. I recommend Summer Flow with Orange head, coconut coal and ice hose. Besides this my go-to is Special Blend tea.

Every time I have come here I have received excellent customer service from the staff. The gentlemen are very attentive. The food it's delicious (look at how beautiful the pizza was). Kudos to Amin! Will continue to come here to relax.

Overall, a pretty good place to chill with your friends at night. It’s nice and clean as well, service is quick. Music can be a bit loud at times so talking and listening could be sightly difficult. Prices for shisha and food is a bit expensive and the portion is not too big.

I gave this place a second chance and I I regret doing so. The service is terrible and we were charged for items that never arrived. Tons of places in the area that are much better and worth spending your hard earned money, avoid this one.

Me and my friends love this place. Good service and the shisha is actually good (many places aren’t) also, the food is great here. We didn’t enjoy the shisha flavour that we pickedand they changed it for us free of charge and with no hesitation, even after we offered to pay. I also enjoy that the music isn’t blasting so you can actually hear the people around you.

Nice setting and ambience of a shisha place. Busy even on a Sunday night. Service a bit slow- only one server appeared to be there for the whole place that day. Za'atar bread tasted fresh and the nachos were graciously loaded. Serving sizes are fairly large - perfect for a group of 4-6. Will go back.

I am new to Hooka and the staff was very informative, explained the process in a very friendly manner. Then I tried the food, it was simply amazing! The dessert cake was fire! If I am ever back in this area, I will be making a stop back in.

Pretty good quality food. Especially the Persian pizza.However, it was super overpriced compared to many hookah lounges. The services was also not so great as the staff seemed not very professional and it would be difficult to get their attention.They also DONT serve any alcohol here, so that's pretty inconvenient for anyone who wants to order a drink..

I have been going to Mandala for years (way back before they renovated the place) with both friends and family. Always enjoyed their Shisha and comfortable setting. Their food is great too. During recent Covid-19 restrictions, I feel that Mandala has managed the restrictions with professionalism. Posted some of the photos that I have, as I have many (some are old). Thanks Mandala! :)
