I'd give it a 4 if they weren't so overpriced.

The people working there actually know about music and what they have and don't have in stock before even double checking. Gave it 4 stars because they haven't had what I wanted the last 3 times I've went. Other than that, great customer service, and lots of other stuff in stock

On March 2, 2023 a group of friends and I decided to browse the store. When we went in, we were never asked if we need assistance looking for anything, sales associates also did not speak to us. After being there for less than 10 minutes, we left the store only for the anti theft detector to go off, no workers were around so we decided to leave. We walked away normally and started to browse the other shops when we heard someone yelling after us. one of the workers ran after us and confronted us asking if we took anything and telling us that we needed to stop when the alarm goes off. We told him that we didn’t take anything, and he just stared at us and to told us that we looked specious for not stopping. The worker was rude and he came off aggressive. I can honestly say I will never visit this store again. Racial discrimination at its finest.

Yesterday I got hit by a car in the parking lot.. as I was coming to this man with long brown hair came running to my rescue, he was so kind and gentle and was genuinely concerned about my well being. I asked the man what his name was, he said his name was dean. He was the sweatiest there. Definitely coming back when my legs aren’t broken.

Never any vinyl I'm looking for in stock. I ordered an album, and in 6 months I gave up. Called many times to check in. Was not a rare album either.

Love the selection of stuff here. I wish they had a bit more metal available (it's usually kind of picked over) but overall it's great.

So, I go to buy my son a toy, and the total comes in a good 30% over the sticker price. I question the discrepancy and the employee (turns out to be the manager) points to a sign hidden in the clutter of the counter, saying they can adjust price an basically label the product with a lie. There is no other sign like this anywhere in the store. If this bait and switch pricing isn't illegal for several different reasons, it sure is unethical. The clerk ends up telling me he is the manager, however would not provide a name or employee number. As if the pricing at this store isn't inflated already, they upcharge you and hope you don't notice. I won't ever be back.

I like cds and found 2 artists that were at a great price I did not find any deals on the dvds I was looking for maybe the next time.

Good stock and great prices for vinyl. Employees are very helpful.
