Global Pet Foods Sylvan Lake
We just moved to sylvan and brought our dog to petvalue to get a wash and all their shampoo bottles were filled with water and the staff are rude as hell! So we had to find a new place to wash her and decided to give global a try. The store was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the pet bath was great :) This is definitely our new place to go!

Best pet store ever!! They always go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. I called to see if they sell CBD oil because my dog has just been diagnosed with cancer, they called the Red Deer store and had some delivered to their Sylvan Lake store for me to pick up. Amazing!

Love this shop. My puppies love the ladies and they always have great suggestions for my senior and allergy prone dogs. We’ve figured out with their help how to feed my big dog so he doesn’t react to his food or gain excess weight! Very knowledgeable. Awesome! Would recommend!!

Selection was good . Pricing on par with other stores . Staff are helpful but could use some client care training . Never experienced it personally but have over heard conversations in the store that could have been handled better . But with that said staff come and go all the time in businesses .

Between global pet foods and pet planet we've never gone wrong. Good selection of quality pet products, everyone that works there is informed, happy to help and friendly. Store is well stocked and always immaculately clean.

The ladies that run this place are the best! Besides being so excited to see our fur babies, they are always so helpful with us. I feel like they love our dogs as much as we do. At Christmas they gifted sooooo much to dogs and cats and people. Their social media pages were such a joy to watch. With inflation, everything, everywhere is expensive, but we don’t mind spending money with them because they are so lovely. In fact, we’d rather go here than anywhere else just because of how much they love and treat our dogs.

The staff was so awesome! I told them my dogs issues, and they made sure I found the proper food for her - even when it was five minutes to closing. :-) definitely recommend!
