I came in to the store on Sunday and was pleased to find everything I needed. The cashier named Marzia was very helpful, too. It seemed like the cash systems were a bit slow, but she was able to sign me up for membership and was very kind! Great staff.

Great staff but security forever kept following me around from the moment I came in, stood in the isles & hovered over me by cash until I left. I just minded my business with my son & kept trying to walk away from her but she kept following me. Store had over 7 people in there & didn’t leave my side, hmm I wonder why…

What can I say! I’ve been shopping at Healthy Planet Brampton since it opened. I feel like I’m shopping at home. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always checking in on your shopping experience to see if you have any questions. The store manager Mike is amazing. His knowledge on supplements is remarkable and he’s always friendly and great customer service. Also the beauty advisor Shani is fabulous. She is thorough on knowledge of the products and always offers suggestions and is very friendly. I have such great shopping experiences there every time. Definitely my go to place.

Went there with a friend a long time ago. I went again yesterday to get some multivitamins. Employees helped me to pick those up. One employee was offering coconut water tasting. I end up buying the the whole case, loving it so much. Feeling so energetic, will go again to buy it.

Amazing location to get your supplement-related questions addressed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff members who are more than happy to answer your questions with patience.There is a wide selection of protein powder brands to choose from and with good discounts.Shout-out to Daniela for being super helpful and Cashier Manneli for assisting with my transaction.This was my first time visiting Healthy Planet and will be making further visits thanks to the good customer service received.

I actually really enjoy coming to this heathly plant store. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They help me pick out the best product to take! Horrible “customer service” by this location. I called to inquire about a product and the associate who had zero product knowledge placed me on hold (probably had his hand covering the phone) as I was able to hear the entire conversation with what I assume to be his manager, telling him that “just tell her we don’t have it and hang up” he confirmed whether he should do that and resumed the call with me to which I told him I overheard the entire conversation and knew he didn’t bother to even look for the item. What’s the sense in answering a call when you’re not even bothered to help customers? Is this how you train your staff? Avoid this place at all costs.
